Easy Skincare Routine - How To Do CTM | Ankush Bahuguna

- Hey everyone! Been wanting to make skincare videos since the day I opened this CZcams channel. I absolutely love skincare and I think it makes a remarkable difference on your skin. I'm not a dermatologist or a skin expert, just a skin enthusiast who is here to tell you what's worked for him. I hope more and more men start talking about the importance of skincare. I mostly just follow a simple CTM routine - Cleansing Toning Moisturizing.
There are just 4 steps.
Step 1 - CLEANSING
Face scrub twice a week and face wash every morning
Step 2 - TONING
Using a toner!
Step 3 - MOISTURIZER
Using a face cream that best suits your skin to keep it hydrated.
Step 4 - SUN PROTECTION
Whether or not you step out, please please use a sunscreen everyday.
And before sleeping every night, just put some cream or aloe vera gel again.
I hope this helps you guys improve your skin. Try this for a week or 10 days and see the difference! #SkincareRoutine #CTM

The transformation in him is very evident. From someone talking about toner and saying he doesn't actually know what "ph of skin" actually is to doing full fledged makeup tutorials. He is a living example that if you try you can become expert in anything.

Try to use forming face wash on nose and honey or milk based face wash on cheeks I think it will work for u as forming face wash will remove excess of oil from noise gently and honey or milked Base facewash will moisture is dry cheeks

I have oily skin, so I wash my face with a facewash specializing in oily skin and then use a Vitamin C serum. Never used toner moisturizer sunscreen in my entire life! My skin is quite good and revered by my colleagues.
This is such a blatant slap to toxic masculinity and is also hella attractive at the same time! This is so refreshing! All power to you!

p.s try to use an organic cleanser and scrub can be harsh on skin so please try to use a chemical exfoliant you can use toner with gycolic acid ek cheez mein dono kaam ho jayenge

Thats so true ctm is very important i use Bioderma sebium h2o micellar water for cleaning my skin it also acts as toner . And this works best for oily and acne prone skin

I used to wash my face once a day with lifebouy soap and its so tough skin care bcz its so time consuming for walia banda like me and I am very happy with my skin texture despite of a few pimples but I feel like without my pimples I feel alone they are like my bbfs .BTW sorry for such ghissi pitti angrazi.😋
Thank you for highlighting the importance of sunscreen. Sunscreen is THE most important part of any routine as it prevents penetration of UV rays which can cause skin cancer. Looking forward to seeing more skin care related videos.😊

Just a PSA:
1. Coffee will clog your sink. Sugar may be a better alternative
2. Don't scrub with physical exfoliants if you have a lot of acne, it will aggravate and make it worse.

Oh god..you are so cute :) and yes I totally agree that skincare is for everyone. Glad that you came up with it. Don't mind me correcting you but it's not that when you use scrub you don't need to cleanse. You should first cleanse and then only use a scrub. Also the sugar particles shouldn't be used on face as it's really abrasive and can damage the skin more. There are better scrubs out there in market and you should never go for the ones with apricot beads. If you want a physical exfoliant the faceshop smart peeling black sugar scrub is amazing

Use lotus sunscreen . It is good and doesn't leave any white patch . And its less expensive also .

Hey, hats off to you for bringing this new concept for men. I'm saying new concept because this is India. Where men uses soap to wash their face that too while taking a bath. They don't even know whats mosturiser and toner is!! Hope they learn this skin care routine which basically is a hygiene routine.

Honestly speaking this is the mosttt do-able skin care routine...it's literally so easy...most of us use facewash and moisturizer anyway and adding just 2 more steps is so much easier than going out and buying a hugeeee bag of products with 200 steps

I use rose water which cost 350 around for 50 ml because I use kama ayurveda which is branded and you are talking about cheap full of chemical Dabur rose water !!
