I use both kilo and cbr depending on the map.. But lately I find the Lk24 much better then the kilo as TTK of The LK is better
Ttk is worse than kilo by default because of the slower rate of fire.. and hitboxes are the same so to three shot you need three chest shots

In my opinion, the fennec, QXR, and Lk are better choice than the kilo.Ttk is the issue
Lk has a worse ttk than the kilo since slower fire rate, and hitboxes are same, and fennec and qxr or only viable in close range.. kilo is extremely versatile being exceedingly good in mid, long and in most cases due to the fast fire rate and ttk close range too.
Putting the most op weapon in the game in the same category as the LK and the qxr is crazy
