I love hearing people’s gaming origin stories, especially when they are a little different. I didn’t have a Master System, but I remember being blown away when I met someone that had something other than an NES in the early 90s. Thank you for having RetroFunTech on, love the interviews and I always love her videos too

Thanks yes it’s one of my fav things on the podcast to ask. And I stand corrected but I think Genesis/MegaDrive came to the market before SNES so it was pretty mind blowing at rhe time and that’s where I think mine and Kim’s nostalgia of it being “better” comes from.

I love these quiet one on one discussion Adin, really excellent work. Hearing the different stories and points of view from different gamers and backgrounds is awesome. And the 351P was the big on I jumped in on. I had a Bittboy Pocket Go but it was so finicky I didn’t use it much but when I dropped ArkOs on the 351 my world changed.

Yep. Master System to SNES to PlayStation to PS2 to X360. Then online got in the way of gaming and made publishers greedy.
