Hi Miss Janice. Hoping your Labor Day is filled with family, friends, and fun. While the design of this house is a little-what's the word?- small container house aesthetic; it's uniqueness is a good thing. Finished basement? Yes please. I love the spaciosness of the interior, the kitchen is more futuristic ATLiens than this 'Old Home' style where family can be invited to chat, eat, and be merry, and the upstairs bathroom is a quaint touch.
Hotcocoa, thanks for the holiday wishes. This home design, modern contemporary is not very popular here but neither is it unique to Metro Atlanta as we do have a few and they are usually in this price point. And yes, having a finished basement is indeed a plus.

Miranda, except for the bedrooms, you wouldn't really need window treatments for the other windows as the trees provide adequate privacy.
