This is a seriously fabulous villa. Ever since I saw this project from Ark, I wanted to see the full tour of it, and finally! Great video, thanks a lot 👏
No one would disagree that the MoroBrothers do an awesome job of showcasing fantastic properties. They provide a well-appreciated slow, methodical, and detailed review of beautiful homes, while entreating us along the journey. One suggestion I offer is, in regard to the reference to “Dirty kitchen” … this is somewhat a negative description, a “dirty” image. Quite often used is an alternative name the ”Butler’s Pantry”. This is perhaps a more sophisticated / upscale image that is well-deserved of the lovely homes presented. Thank You MoroBrothers. And thanks for the night shots/videos.

2 years ago the Villa Vela was sold for 9.200.000Euro, let assume the owner spend max. 1.500.00Euro for furniture and Furnishings which lead to 10.700.000Euro. 17.900.000Euro would mean 70% increase in 2 Years. Personally I would see it below 15million but ark villa camojan was also sold under new name Olympus with some smaller refurbishments and found a new buyer which paid over 100% more (over 13.500.000 Euro) as it was sold 1,5 years before… sometime it is crazy

A lot of money but the architecture is on another level compared to most developer houses on the costa. Maybe inside could have been a little bit more bold but I understand if they wanted to play it rather safe. Very “Beverly hills” kind of classic style in some areas and with the round outside architecture in parts of the house. Cool!

Sotogrande is my dream resort, but unfortunately I see this villa a big mistake. Narrow corridors & stairs, low ceilings, poor exteriors & poor connection inside-outside & terrace - swimming pool, no garden with shadows Very bad location of the main suites looking to the entrance door and an ugly terrace. Interior pool better than exterior, cheap garage door with poor spaces,.. no motorized slading doors, too many fixed windows, dark interiors with few natural light in some living spaces..the good aspect of a 43 minute video is that you see the real details, which shows the real truth: Pointless and needless, a shame as is quite a lot money Owners seems that understood and put on resale pretty fast

Great video, nice house. Instead of Versace, Fendi, Hermes and all that crap a real home-cinema (preferably in black as a cinema needs to be) and a gym would have been nice.
It's clear that a lot of time and dedication went into this home. However, I don't understand why, with such a large and ambitious project, they decided on a relatively low ceiling height. This is particularly noticeable in the ground floor living space; given its large scale, the low ceiling height becomes even more pronounced. Additionally, as the presenter pointed out, the super long hallway to reach the bedrooms is not practical at all. This suggests that the circular design concept for this home was committed to at an early stage, ultimately to its detriment. The result is an impractical layout that forces the owner to walk long distances to reach different areas of the home, which is far from the convenience typically associated with uber luxury. Furthermore, considering the great weather all year round, it seems like a missed opportunity to have a large indoor pool instead of creating a beautiful living space connected to the garden. Lastly, the main bedroom is positioned at an odd angle relative to the primary view and features a surprisingly small terrace given the ample space available.
Beautiful, will only cost 1.75 million in VAT on purchase, and 500,000 euros per year in Wealth tax to own it. Spain is nice, but I can’t understand how anyone will own such expensive assets under this tax regime.
