34:48 Was definitely feeling the magic there! I was kinda torn at that point because I thought this sounded really cool, but didnât really fit the âdark/mysteriousâ vibe. What do you think about letting the music guide you in new directions versus staying on the original guidelines?
Even though I started out with some self imposed restrictions or general guidelines, by the time I was creating the lead and the rest of the parts I was letting the music guide me. There's nothing wrong with the part at that timestamp, for whatever reason I felt I wanted something else. It's very likely that if I turned this into a full length track that I would go back to that bit.
I always let the music guide me once I'm in the trenches and it takes me very often down unforeseen paths. This is what I call the magic of making music.
