Lol you could buy at least 4 houses in Toronto for the same amount as this condo. (It's listed for 4.5M). Owners are insane.
And all of those house would be small narrow and dark..... everything is overprice in Toronto not just apartments like these.

Just to put things into perspective: For that price you could buy 40 decent 1000 sqft houses in Eastern Europe :)US is insane, what can I say :)

yea you could have 4 houses maybe but none of them would give you that view. the location and that view from the living room is what’s being sold.

Nice but uninspiring, grey, industrial, concrete grid penal colony. Bleak on balcony with breeze moving that brown grass (dead?) whatever it was in a white vase/container.
It looks like a North Korea building from the outside.
Give me an affordable rental any day. These million dollar places are for people who have more money than brains.
