My mother absolutely adores Cantinflas movies and when I pointed him out in the party scene, she cried at the fact that a major company like Disney made an homage to our culture and one of our most beloved actors
My family absolutely loved Coco. We watched it many many times. It’s beautiful! The culture is presented beautifully.
They forgot to include TinTan, they missed that Mexican golden cinema age actor. Tin Tan collaborated in the Spanish language dub of some Disney movies like Baloo from the jungle book, and Thomas O'Malley from the Aristocats. Everyone who was born and raised in Mexico knows this.
They forgot to add Blue Demon, El Solitario, Eddie Guerrero and the past Guerreros, Jenni Rivera, The little twin luchadors ,Bobo Brazil, and many others

Actually, it looks like it's a two in one. While the character is definitely modeled after Skrillex, he is in fact wearing a variation Sid's classic t-shirt. It's the same design, but with markings to make it look like a sugar skull.

Dante looks up after putting his head in a trash can, with a banana on his head. Then he mocks the pose Maximillian is most notable for, the banana representing his blond mane.

the thing is, in mexico we make all kinds of piñatas. like. literally ALL KINDS. A Nemo or Woody piñata is in every piñata selling place so when you watch it from this perspective you first think of it as a very realistic depiction of a piñata store lmao.
Like you said before, there are many kinds of piñatas in Mexico. Like Spiderman piñatas, Mickey Mouse ones, etc. And also, when I watched Cars 3 for the first time, I've actually noticed Santa Cecilia.

Coco was released in Thanksgiving. This video was released 3 1/2 months after it's release and the movie became available to own a few days prior to this video's release. There's no need for spoiler warnings anymore. Besides, the picture of Coco isn't really a spoiler worth hiding. It's a little something that happens literally in the last minutes of the film. There are much more important spoilers that actually pertain to the plot that were not mentioned, so why complain about something not important being spoiled?

The “Remember me song” didn’t connect with me or was a sing along song like most Pixar movies till the end of the movie. I was crying. One of the best movies from Pixar along with Up.

I was thinking the Disney Movie about the Dinosaur.
Seeing Pedro Infante, Jorge Negrete, María Félix, etc. was so rewarding and made me proud of being part of such a wonderful culture that is Mexico.

I watched Coco for the first time today (incredible movie), and I noticed how Héctor (when he was alive) shared Miguel's trait of having a dimple on his left cheek.
I love Coco! These Easter eggs are just too awesome!
I clapped when I noticed that Pixar didn't made the typical -and inacurate- burrito piñata (really, I can send you photos of Dulcerías and Piñaterías around all Mexico and there's not a single burrito piñata here), when in fact the Buzz and Woody piñatas are more accurate of what you would see on a kids party (really, they're still highly popular between kids, my baby brother loves Buzz and has like four our five dolls of him) -or Elsa and Anna, if it's a girls party-.
I had no idea that was a thing, care to explain? :) I mean why you wouldn't see a piñata in the shape of a donkey, but you would see them in the shape of people, or why the Burrito piñata got to be such an icon of popular culture when it's really, really not a thing?

El Santo wasn’t just a famous luchador. He was a national hero in México. He starred in films, was drawn into comic books, and was even give a State Funeral when he died. Many consider El Santo to be the greatest luchador ever and the inspiration of current luchadoras like Rey Mysterio, Pentagon Jr, Rey Fenix, Rush, Bandido, and many more.

One Easter egg they didn’t mention is if you ever seen The Good Dinosaur and remember the multi horned triceratops and his animals. You can see that the fox with the huge ears made it to be an alibreje (idk if I’m spelling that right my bad guys😬)

Diego was definitely a bigger deal than Frida when both were alive, but Frida is instantly recognizable today as Mexican Icon worldwide which warrants the big cameo she received in the film. She surpassed Diego in the afterlife.

The only ones missing was El Chavo and Don Ramon. Coco is one of my favorite Pixar movie with toy story and wall-e. I love this one because there wasn’t nothing racist in fact the creators did their history on our culture and dia de Los muertos. Well done
