- Hey guys!! I apologize for this video being so long, but I wanted to make sure it was detailed! I purchased the Better Length clip ins and wanted to do a review so here it is!! Would you purchase these??

Great & honest review! I purchased Better Length clip ins (18inch, 3c/4a) last month. The curl patter is amazing but it was not as full as many reviews show AND it was not 18 inches when stretched (more like 16-16.5 inches). I could only tell that the hair was shorter than 18inches after washing and conditioning it (which also meant I cannot return it). The length was the most disappointing because I wanted and paid for 18 inches of hair. Now Im on the hunt for a more affordable brand in a longer length to lengthen my supposed "18inches" of hair. I suggest to anyone looking into this brand for clip ins to watch sponsored (expectation) and UNsponsored (reality) reviews. Its WAYY too expensive not to get exactly what you paid for.

Wish I watched this before paying 240 for 18 inch 3b 4c clip ins. I feel so duped by all the reviews. In order to enjoy these I'll have to keep them wet and it's 18 degrees in Mi. Smh
This is exactly why I'm all up in the comments. One sponsored reviewer had 20" that was down to her butt. I know that if I order, it will be another story. I hate when vendors do that.
Ugh I wish I would’ve watched this before buying 😩 I just ordered some and was planning to use it as a protective style too - but as soon as I started running my fingers through the hair I knew it wasn’t going to be enough. I’m glad I came across this vid because I was looking to see if anybody else would think it was enough !
You did a good job blending your hair with the clip ins. Even though you ran into a few issues you still made it work.

Heritage 1933 is black owned and the best quality.
This was a great review. However, I think the texture that you purchased contributed to your negative experience with this hair. 4c hair requires the most moisture. So, with 4c hair types, you must properly saturate the coils in water (your starting point was too dry), moisturize with a softening de-tangler/curl enhancer, and then seal in the moisture with a light oil. Doing so will properly moisturize the hair and allow you to enjoy your style much longer. More moisture = less shedding as well.
Also, I believe you should have purchased either 3b/3c or 3c/4a for blending purposes. These clip ins do not match your soft hair texture. It is almost impossible to blend your natural hair with a texture that is not close to your own. I noticed that the 3c/4a clip ins provided by this company are more similar to a natural 4c hair type. You may have sabotaged your style by purchasing such a tight curl pattern. Nevertheless, you still rocked the style and made it look cute.

Yea I noticed most of the satisfied reviews came from customers who ordered the 3b-3c texture. It’s much easier to manage and blend. There’s a reason no one hardly orders that 4b-4c texture.
I loved this honest review, some advice try doing your braids way flatter it will help with not having areas exposes also you’d don’t need to put the clips that far in the back & you inspired me to buy this I’m excited it’s looks good on you 😍

I used to make my own for a long time and this time watched a lot of videos on this brand and decided to buy it. I bought 3c-4a two weeks ago used Hask curl care shampoo and conditioner after I lifted the color on the ends and the clipins are soft and curly. I use cantu curl activator and water with conditioner to spray after leaving in for 4 days and brushed out (curls popped back) Anyway all "hair" will shed let's be honest. I love them bought another 4c-4b four days ago. I have a big head and all 10 clips work trust!

Wow I finally found my tribe. I ordered these last month based on other YT reviews and I regret my purchase tremendously! The shedding is terrible and is not the norm based on texture. For the price, I am disappointed because my money goes down the drain every time I wash!

Try heritage 1933.. They are life.. Fro kinks.. I bought them 3 months ago for 2 packs for $100 but I guess alot of people are buying they went up to $100 but sooo worth it
I believe that it’s kind of normal that the hair tangles and sheds, it’s KINKY HAIR. Kinky, coily, curly textures tangles in general. It requires a lot of care and maintenance.

Bought the hair. Would not recommend. The hair Sheds A LOT ! yes it matches my texture but the shedding makes it not worth it!

While this review was helpful, you have to remember it is natural kinky hair. Just because they are clip ins does not mean you do not have to be delicate like you would your own hair. With real natural hair you cannot expect to throw on a scarf overnight and look decent in the morning. I guarantee if you had twisted the hair with the right product and put on a satin bonnet, your results would have been better.

The worst brand ever. Literally avoid it. I bought a 4c ponytail and 4c clip ins. Ponytail lasted about 4 wears 😒 and the clip ins tangle and shed terribly lasted about 2 months max... trash waste of money. Ladies avoid at all cost.

I heard kinkistry isn't really that good and they barely have reviews which aren't really that creditable but most who are really really honest say the hair is very thin .
you have to realize that this is human hair. I have a mix of 3c-4a-4b-4c girl my head is like a world map. Either way, when I get finished washing my hair, I detangle, moisturize, seal in moisture and style (twist out etc). That's the same thing you should do with this hair when you finish washing it (contrary to the manual). I have clip-ins from this company I still have for two years. i wash it, detoxify it and it comes out new. You just have to take care of it as if it is the hair growing out of your head or it will look raggedy in a few months.
I have natural hair and know how to care for it thanks lol all I was saying is the ends get tangled after a day of wear🤷🏽♀️ obviously re washing it would make it look better but it will inevitably tangle again due to the friction against the shoulders and back.
And AGAIN I was doing a wash and go look NOT a twist out! 🤦🏾♀️

Your worried about the clips being black owned and you not even using the right shampoo and conditioner used for black girl hair, how you maintain your own hair is how your weave will turn out.
If you watched the video you will see me READ THE DIRECTIONS. It says to use conditioner with silicones. This is how you care for curly extensions. I don’t use that conditioner in my hair ever. But you wouldn’t know that because you only watched one of my videos. Kindly exit left 😊
