But he is ALSO still in the car! Then it pans to the back of the truck and he's on the top lighting it all up. Bang Chan was everywhere!

As someone who loves One Piece both manga and anime, it's very good, and i noticed the One Piece reference too. If you like pirates and really good story lines you'll like it. Yes, it's long. However, August 31st Netflix is releasing a live action version and it doesn't look too bad! So if you're interested that would be a good thing to check out first! (It's only covering the first 50ish episodes though) And upon closer look, the cover of that magazine they have is 100% a One Piece reference too. Without getting into too much detail, the 3 sitting in a chair (3Racha?) are supposed to represent the 3 Marine Admirals ("the good guys").
