Hey Jeanine. Before watching your videos I could only do some basic tumbling. Then after watching a few of your videos I decided to go out of my comfort zone and try out for middle school cheer. Unfortunately I did not make it. But you taught me to persevere and to never give up I always have next year but I just want to thank you for helping me step out of my comfort zone because without you I probably would not have even tried out. Besides the tips in your videos, do you have any more for tryouts? Love you so much 💖💖

Hi Payge! Work on the basics! Especially being so young, coaches will like proper technique. If a cheerleader has technique, it's easier to teach her more advanced skills. Definitely work on your strength and flexibility in your jumps and motions. Definitely try and take some tumbling classes if you can! Any improvement will show them next year that you've been working hard! Good luck!

I have to be honest.....When I first found Jeanine LOVED her....but like in her video when she said that youtube has changed I totally agreed and I stopped watching a bunch of people. More to protect your vans than to clean them but I recommend scotchguard! It protects from dirt, spills and mostly everything I always spray my shoes before I wear them. ❤️❤️

If you stop by a vans store ( or just order them online) they have wipes that can clean and scrub dirt off without ruining the shoes. I got a pack and i love how well they work!

For the Vans its best to wash them by hand .
So basically you dunk them in warm water and with an old toothbrush you just start scrubbing with a mixture of warm water and dishwashing soap (like Dawn). It's pretty simple and you just keep scrubbing until you get them how you they should be. And once you get them clean rinse them by dunking then in JUST warm water and put them outside in the sun to dry. :)

And for the white part, just get some white toothpaste and with the toothbrush , you just scrub the dirt away but be careful to not get the toothpaste on the material of the shoe

Jeanine for your vans you can use baking soda and washing detergent then just simply scrub the stain with an old toothbrush or something then rinse with water! Its pretty easy and simple if you don't want to wash them in the washer. This also works great with any white shoes.;) Ily btw!

for your vans just take a toothbrush and either clear dish soap or an all natural one and scrub the spot with warm water with a little bit of soap on it, don't put them in the dryer afterwards just set them out in the sun! hope this helps!!
