- Buffed Grom are back! The original titan shotguns are back. The grom actually got buffed back in April with a bigger clip size, and there is now a sharpshooter skill to improve shot grouping. Which is a big deal. We are all aware of the other newer shotguns on the titans, but the Grom are better than ever. Triple onslaught reactors, another 49% damage with pilot skills, 50% more damage from the sharanga ability and the Grom get buffed. Sharanga Grom Smash 💥

tried this on the test server with titan pilots too and it was a blast. They deserve a buff, +25% damage, 10 second reload like the OG Thunders and you can have them compete again maybe

@@youtubepolice325 me too, Grom should deal 60K damage, more than Vajras since they also have a slower fire rate
@@alexwarrobots710 yup I have lvl 25 grom and a lvl 1 beta vajra grom only seems like it deals 20k ore 30k but for an alpha shotgun dealing less than a beta says alot
@@youtubepolice325 alright so from some testing i did before on the test server, Grom has around as much as a normal Vajra per shot which is actually atrocious considering a Maha-Vajra does like 54K without the special edition and it fires faster plus it has 5 seconds of reload and applies gravity effects... Grom has a big clip but it has too long reload and it doesn't do good damage if it's run alone, plus to really make it compete it needs 10 sec reload and more damage... that way i would even consider investing in them and use them, plus they are amazing weapons in terms of design ima be real

Fun fact: if you need to quickly charge your titan, use Harpy (rather with smutas). When enemies shoot you midair, it'll charge your titan super fast. It's possible to drop in the titan in the first minute!

On a serious note, that Sharanga build looks like fun but that was probably the best map for staying alive in the Sharanga. I still have 3 maxed Lunar Grom so I'll try it out just for fun!

Speaking on the topic of certain sound weapons: I believe evora and veyron need to be nerfed considerably. With the meta titans in place, they stand as a weapon too great to fend off even with other titans.
I think they should either implement a base dmg decrease or add a dmg dropoff mechanic, thereby forcing more close range battles. It’s a problem some players often face, even in lower leagues
Predator you should try dazzler on sharanga because it fills your mother ship so fast and also if you have durability extender it helps your titan a lot and on the grom sharanga do you think I should use it

I wanted to be that same combination of Sharanga Grom with pilot skills, but in the Lunar Grom those skills are not there.

5:37 How was that Angler phase exiled while it was in its ability? Was that possible all this time? If so, what else can affect an Angler in its ability?
The exile IS a phaseshift to prevent taking damage and it slows the enemy down by alot so it affects ravanas in their phaseshift ability, anglers, and indras
The phase exile is something to completely neutralise the enemy, since the angler can blind you whilst in phaseshift.
There's a bug in the Angler's ability where the Angler can still blind you when you phase exile it.

I wish pixonic would make the reload time of the sonic shotguns to be 1.5 seconds per shot so it would be somewhat meta again cuz that 13.5 destroyed it a lot. 😭😭😭

So this is a classic example of how damage listed by pixonic is not even close to being correct!
You clearly shot that Minos 5 times and full health Rook 8 times taking them out. The damage of the Lunar Grom lv 25 on paper is 1266. So the math on shot damage even with Sharanga full power ability does come close to destroying the durability of a Minos (over 800k HP) and Rook over 1m HP). Even with damage boost by pilot skills shouldn't have done that much damage.
I can hit a Rook, point blank with my vajra and Maha Vajra, that has way more damage (57222) But does not even do that much damage shown done by the Grom that is list 1266 damage.
That's why I never believe what pixonic puts down for weapon damage. So dumb!
...You wre aware that the maha vajra and vajra does more damage than the grom and squalls right? Thats why the damage is so different...

What I was saying it that the Grom has a listed damage which is way lower at 1266, but is able to kill a full health Rook with 8 shots. It doesn't make any sense.

@redsthetics1297 obviously you missed the point that I was trying to make. And it's not how the weapon does damage to physical shields or if it's kinetic or energy shotgun. I'm just comparing the damage output for what pixonic listed for the Grom and what the damage it did to the Rook...Does not make sense.
But guess SIMPLE math is hard for you to understand. So there's no point in trying to entertain you any further.
