Not sure what you mean - Tasmota is an open source IoT package that works on a lot of different IoT devices including Shelly. The Shelly relays are quite nice IoT devices, especially the Plus series, which happen to make it very easy for them to be refreshed. Shelly s/w is pretty good in its own right but if you want all your devices working the same way then tasmota is quite a good choice and very powerful.
