Hello, I have never seen evidence that there were threaded pins. I will not reuse one if I get one out. I use a pin and with a cotter pin to hold it in. Good question!!

@@bryanhorne8202 I have seen some pins that have to go out the same way they were put in either because of mushroomed heads or a slight taper.
