    Good video thank u for sharing. I do recommend ditching the morning coffee because it's a very bad habit and if you want to have a coffee then best to have after 10:00 am after suffering for lack of energy and bad sleep habits for so many years I ditched the coffee entirely now I sleep at a specific hour and wakeup energized early morning without even setting an alarm.
