A large open space with full-height glass sliding doors looking out to the ocean. Walkthrough these glass doors and you are presented with your own private balcony which is equiped with your own private swimming pool, The master suite also boasts a large ensuite bathroom with 2 showers and a beautiful, stand-alone bathtub. The walk-in wardrobe is the perfect space to get ready for your special night out.
Walk down the staircase to the 2nd level and you have 4 suits. Every suite has a walk-in wardrobe, ensuite bathroom, TV, sea view, and air conditioning. Each function in all of these rooms is controlled by a single remote control. The fitted sound system in each room is controlled using your smartphone.
On the same floor, you also have a large, indoor jacuzzi pool/spa area. Why not relax here whilst taking in the sea views listening to your favorite music!? In the same space, you have a fully fitted gymnasium area and just through the glass partition, you have a space with a pool table, fuzzball table, pinball machines, and an arcade machine. Perfect for entertaining kids and adults.
On the 3rd floor, you have 7 more suites. Each suite has walk-in wardrobes, ensuite, TV, air-con, and sea view. 6 of these suites have a super kingsize bed with the final suite boasting a super king and a separate room with 2 single beds. perfect for a family with young children.
The outdoor space in this villa is stunning. The large 'V-shaped pool wraps around the villa and directs you to its point where jacuzzi jets are positioned. The dining space underneath the large canopy offers pure comfort and luxury while offering shade. Every area of this property is connected to the internal sound system and can be controlled from any area using your smartphone.
Externally you also have a large outdoor cinema screen and gas fire pit. Ideal for quiet nights in.
This property is perfect for events and does accept events for up to 300 guests. there is parking for 80 vehicles also. event fees will apply so please ask for more details if interested.
The villa is fully alarmed and protected with CCTV. All rooms have a safe security box as well as a fridge.
