Just a quick note, when you deploy your ladder, you want the top rungs as close as possible to the tent. Then, you expand the lower rungs.

Where is this exactly? Trail name?
The trail we intended to go was blocked off by snow. So we drove around the forest and ended up in Emigrant Gap. We found a spot on the side of the road before the Sailor Point trail. It leads to North Fork campground. 🙏🏼
