+Aditya Negi While he did bring up an important issue, I think we should follow the suggestions of the Muslims who agree that the current form of giving talaq in one sitting is wrong while triple talaq over a period of time is a valid form under the Quran. The idea was to give 3 chances for reconciliation. The fringe argument is that while the talaq in single sitting is wrong, once a deed is done it can't be taken back and hence a divorce under triple talaq is valid. The ideal reply to that should be what if someone said 4 talaqs which would break their flimsy argument that talaq depends on the number 3.

As being an Indian Muslim I would like to see India in one Constitution, we don't need Sharia law..., We have number of religion in India, as being an Indian we need to follow what others following. We don't want make one more Saudi Arab in India. India is my country I love my country. Prophet Mohammed said "Hubbul watani nisful eeman" it means Loving one's homeland is a half part of Iman.

Angelo Immanuel Where does the quran says that??
quran chapter-4 verse 34 Men are the protectors and maintainers of women, because Allah has made one of them to excel the other, and because they spend (to support them) from their means. Therefore the righteous women are devoutly obedient (to Allah), and guard in the husband's absence what Allah orders them to guard (e.g. their chastity, their husband's property, etc.). Regarding the woman who is guilty of lewd, or indecent behavior, admonish her (if she continues in this indecency then), stop sharing her bed (if she still continues doing this lewd behavior, then), [set forth for her the clear meaning of either straighten up or else we are finished and when she returns to proper behavior take up sharing the bed with her again], but if she returns in obedience (to proper behavior and conduct) then seek not against them means (of annoyance). Surely, Allah is Ever Most High, Most Great.”
Let me begin by explaining the English language is not powerful enough when it comes to translating the meanings of the Arabic of the Quran. Nor for that matter, is any other language on earth. So, all we have is translations of meanings according to the best understanding of the translators.
The operative word in this verse in Arabic is "daraba." While there are literally hundreds of uses for this word varying from "tap" to "walk in stride" to "strike at something" to "set a clear example", the only meaning that can be assigned to something in the Quran must be according to the rules of Quran. And Allah has used the same word a number of times with a consistent meaning. Let us examine them.
Here is what we find from the scholars of the Arabic language:
Daraba (to have intercourse, not to beat)
Raghib points out that darabametaphorically means to have intercourse, and quotes the expression darab al-fahl an-naqah, 'the stud camel covered the she-camel,' which is also quoted by Lisan al-'Arab. It cannot be taken here to mean 'to strike them (women).
Chapter-78 verse 33 says believers who guard themselves against evil will
"Companions of equal age" it does not say men will get it or women will get it.
Hindus openly worship cock and pussy we don't son.

      Quran
      Chapter-10 verse 19
And mankind was not but one community [united in religion], but [then] they differed. And if not for a word that preceded from your Lord, it would have been judged between them [immediately] concerning that over which they differ.
      20. And they say, "If only a miracle was sent down to him from his Lord." Say, "The realm of the unseen belongs to God; so wait, I am waiting with you."
      21. When We make the people taste mercy after some adversity has touched them, they begin to scheme against Our revelations. Say, "God is swifter in scheming." Our envoys are writing down what you scheme.
      22. It is He who transports you across land and sea. Until, when you are on ships, sailing in a favorable wind, and rejoicing in it, a raging wind arrives. The waves surge over them from every side, and they realize that they are besieged. Thereupon they pray to God, professing sincere devotion to Him: "If You save us from this, we will be among the appreciative."
      23. But then, when He has saved them, they commit violations on earth, and oppose justice. O people! Your violations are against your own souls. It is the enjoyment of the present life. Then to Us is your return, and We will inform you of what you used to do.
      24. The likeness of the present life is this: water that We send down from the sky is absorbed by the plants of the earth, from which the people and the animals eat. Until, when the earth puts on its fine appearance, and is beautified, and its inhabitants think that they have mastered it, Our command descends upon it by night or by day, and We turn it into stubble, as if it had not flourished the day before. We thus clarify the revelations for people who reflect.
      25. God invites to the Home of Peace, and guides whomever He wills to a straight path.
      26. For those who have done good is goodness, and more. Neither gloom nor shame will come over their faces. These are the inhabitants of Paradise, abiding therein forever.
      27. As for those who have earned evil deeds: a reward of similar evil, and shame will cover them. They will have no defense against God-as if their faces are covered with dark patches of night. These are the inmates of the Fire, abiding therein forever.
      28. On the Day when We will gather them altogether, then say to those who ascribed partners, "To your place, you and your partners." Then We will separate between them, and their partners will say, "It was not us you were worshiping."
      29. "God is sufficient witness between us and you. We were unaware of your worshiping us."
      30. There, every soul will experience what it had done previously; and they will be returned to God, their True Master; and what they used to invent will fail them.
      31. Say, "Who provides for you from the heaven and the earth? And who controls the hearing and the sight? And who produces the living from the dead, and produces the dead from the living? And who governs the Order?" They will say, "God." Say, "Will you not be careful?"
      32. Such is God, your Lord-the True. What is there, beyond the truth, except falsehood? How are you turned away?
      33. Thus your Lord's Word proved true against those who disobeyed, for they do not believe.
      34. Say, "Can any of your partners initiate creation, and then repeat it?" Say, "God initiates creation, and then repeats it. How are you so deluded?"
      35. Say, "Can any of your partners guide to the truth?" Say, "God guides to the truth. Is He who guides to the truth more worthy of being followed, or he who does not guide, unless he himself is guided? What is the matter with you? How do you judge?"
      36. Most of them follow nothing but assumptions; and assumptions avail nothing against the truth. God is fully aware of what they do.

Hindu/vedic darshanas (sanskrit term for vision or revelation of nature of ultimate) are well validated by quantum physics. It is the reason why vedas cannot be deleted or added with anything new. Smrithis are also based on vedic darshanas but it was distorted by colonialists and their evangelists. So called sati was practiced only by few tribes in bengal and rajasthan but colonialists propagated it as an hindu culture. Sati numbers increased only after invasion of foreign theologies and its suppression of natives or infidels. Flexible Jati was also distorted by colonialists and their evangelists to create rigid caste system by merging flexible jati with misinterpreted varna system which talks about color of human qualities rather than skin color.
Theologies ( Judaism, Christianity and Islam ) are worse than western definition of philosophy which does not require embodied experience and has ego. Laws written based on theologies (judaism, christianity, islam), ideologies (communism) and western philosophies (hedonist or one dimensional material pursuit or materialism and new world order) have to be thrown into the dustbin.

+Angelo Immanuel Okay so your saying Quran said all this I agree totally not gonna argue about it. I can give you n number of similar examples in the Bible but I am quoting only 2:-
Genesis chapter 6 verse 1 to 4:- sons of God & daughters of humans
Genesis chapters 11-14 and 19:- Story of Lot & his 2 daughters
I m not gonna quote them in details u have the luxury of Internet you can check that out yourself. The point that I m trying to make is, such types of verses are present in all the religious books. It's time that we keep religion aside and think logically.
I don't know whether it's your personal agenda to bash Islam or your suffering from dyslexia (by posting same comment time and again). At least try to read complete books whether it's Quran, Bible, Geeta etc, try to learn abt the situation when these comments are made. Don't just rely on propaganda videos
And one more thing If you want to reply, reply only once. don't just copy paste the same thing in everyone's comment section. It makes you look even more stupider than you already are.

    • @OO11OO11OOO
      @OO11OO11OOO Před 8 lety

Javed Shaikh Hey there is no agenda. It's one of those conspiracy theories that almost every fanatic believes. Fanatics of relugion, caste, language, culture etc all believe that other have an agenda to target them. But in reality it's just the "Confirmation Bias".
Yes you are right almost every religion has bad parts. These bad parts exist because the religious text were written with the cultural influence of that time. It's one more proof that texts were created by man and not God.
But my friend almost all religions are progressive and have given up on the bad parts. For instance a worst practice like "sati" system is no longer practiced among Hindus. But the trouble with Islam is that there is a violent moral policing within the community. My friend if you are logical person and argue logically with the members of Islamic community criticising any religious text it will not be tolerated. Because unlike other religions, Islam behaves like a cult and going aginst the prevalent practices of the cult will not be tolerated.
Many many intelligent and logically thinking muslims are leaving the religion. No nobody is motivating them to leave. When they read the Koran with a logical mindset they could not agree and wanted to get rid of that religious tag.
Being born in a religion is incidental but universe has given you the power of thought to choose...

    • @javeds1541989
      @javeds1541989 Před 8 lety

+Sameer Siddhanti 1. Agreed my friend on "Confirmation Bias", But I argued with that guy because he was treating religion as Dick measuring contest, who's got the biggest one LOL.
      2. As far as 21st-century religious practices are concerned, I m a vegetarian myself do I even have to put the point forward. The point I'm trying to make is that every religion has such outdated practices but we don't look at our self and starts pointing fingers towards others.
      3. And I totally agree that as other religions are moving forward with the time Islam is getting somewhat medieval, but for that you have to look into History our modern Society is merely 150 years old, and mind you most countries outside Europe never had renaissance If we were not occupied by the British we ourself would have struggled to cope up with the new world.
      4. As far as radical Islam is concerned you have to give credit to two things:-
      a. Books by Sayyid Qutb
      b. And the so-called "Western World"
First one is the godfather of all terrorists whether it be Osama, Zarqawi and many others they got inspired after reading his books.
Second one you would say that I m playing Blame game I'm not, hear me out first tell me even a single Instance before Iran crisis about Islam being intolerant you can't. Islam never Started any world war if you study modern history you would clearly see that how a mujaheddin in matter of few years becomes a Jihadist. they have never allowed middle east to settle Down. And people like you who are well educated never question that it's pretty sad but it's the truth. I could tell you many more but for the instance give you a small example USA always condemn Iran for Human Rights violations but doesn't even have balls to question Saudi Arabia you know the reason why.
      5. Cult following do you think all Muslims think the same way. Answer me this why then after ISIS occupation many Muslim choose to leave Syria. Islam is followed by 1.6 billion people they all think very differently you my friend are generalizing.
      6. Last point abt logical Muslims (personally it's their choice if they want to leave religion it's fine with me) I won't say anything against them. But for me logical Muslims are those who try for the betterment of Islam people like Raif Badawi (USA will never fight for his freedom) Organization like Muslim Satyashodhak Mandal who are fighting for uniform civil code it's a pity that such organizations are never highlighted by western media. I'm telling you my friend Islam is not the problem the followers are.

      @OO11OO11OOO Před 8 lety

Javed Shaikh Thanks for inputs. I agree with you for the most parts. Yes you are right Saudi is definitely favored by US. We all question it on the relevant forums.
Every religion is nothing but a bunch of stories to control the masses. It is a form of delusion that most of the humanity finds solace in. Very very few people are cured of it during the lifetime.
Its high time that we changed our perspective of identity of a person based on religion. Morals that come from religion are often skewed. Its time that being in Uniform Civil Code so that people are no longer judged based on their delusion.
Only answer me the following question. According Islam a woman has only half value compared to male.
      1. Don't you consider it as social injustice?
      2. If a poor girl is born in Islam, why should she suffer this injustice?
3a. Tell me can a person be atheist and still be a Muslim? would the community tolerate it?
3b. My friend wears a Hanuman pendent. He is a Muslim. He has stopped going to mosque because he has been thrashed and thrown out of a mosque twice. Is there not place for a Muslim in Islam who also has faith in some of the Indian Deities?
      4. A Muslim in Bangalore opposed the construction of a mosque as it would disturb the peace in the locality due to the use of loudspeakers. He was killed in broad daylight in front of his children. And the family was asked to apologize to the community? Is this justice?
      5. Finally if Indian Muslims do not have believe in the concept of Islamic dominion, then why is it that we find almost all Indian Muslims supporting the cause of Palestine and hate Israel. Where as Israel is a friend of India and I have not seen many Indian Muslims supporting Israel?
And BTW in most cases of Palestine/Israel conflict, Israel would have acted in retaliation not as first offense. Nobody blames Palestine's next door neighbor Jordan for not supporting them.
      6. During the refugee crisis why doesn't refugee apologists condemn and ban Saudi which didn't support any refugees?
      7. Being a progressive Muslim do you enjoy the freedom to openly criticize the moral character of Muhammad the founder of Islam and question concepts of Islam?
Contrasting against Hinduism - Male and Female are equal. Except for the fringe groups, no social moral policing. One can be an Atheist and still be a Hindu. And one can visit mosque/church and still be a Hindu. One can be non-veg, drink and still remain a Hindu. One can renounce everything and become a fakir. One need not pray and not moral policing. When citing out the identity, a Hindu generally doesn't restrict his identity to religion. No religious texts, no religion, no prophet. Nothing is unquestionable. All criticism is okay. And Hindus generally judge based on fairness of a spiritual leader irrespective of his caste/religion - Shri Mumtaz Ali, Sai baba to name a few.

A lot of people don't understand what a Shiv ling is supposed to be. Shiv ling, if you ask some Hindus of faith, represents Shiv's head and the tied up hair, which suggests that Shiv is in a peaceful state of mind. The flowing water, represents divine river Ganga, which was to help him remain composed. Shiv unties his hair, to prepare for tandav, the destruction of worlds, universe. No practicing Hindu actually has a statue, or a representation of Shiv which actually has Shiv with his hair untied and prays to it.
The misinterpretation was a British thing, which was to denigrate Hinduism. I mean we Indians, hindus wrote Kamasutra. Do sane people not think that we could have perhaps not represented a male female union in a better manner? Why have the river Ganga there if it is only a union of Shiv and Parvati? Is it a manage-e-troi?
I hope people read this, and start using this counter to any idiot who suggests that Hindus are penis worshippers.
