I had one some years ago but I was totally unprepared about SEO ecc. and shut it down. I've just started my etsy "homework" bc I think is mandatory learn some marketing & seo strategies first. Handmade items like jewelry for example is a little more complex because it takes a lot of time doing the pieces. How do we price at first, what language I choose (live in Italy) what strategies ecc...there are a lot of things that I have to clear in my mind😊

Hello! I watched a bunch of your videos and they helped me find the courage to open my first Etsy shop. Thing is, they suspended my account only a week after I opened it! As far as I can tell, I didn’t do anything wrong - I checked trademarks and copyrights for everything, my invoice was paid in full… it doesn’t make sense. I can’t even get a number to call… it seems Etsy is only interested in helping buyers, not sellers. Is there anything you can do to help? I’m frustrated and so disappointed. I’ve wanted to do this for years, and now was really the perfect time for me to spend a couple months gettung everything up and running.
