#1 Because in western society Punctuality is associated with Integrity and Integrity is associated with trust and without trust you can't build a genuine relationship with anyone. In fact, without trust you have nothing! So we take it personally. You can be late if it's unintentional and apologetic about it that's okay but to be late on purpose and say something like "It's okay it's filipino time" In our hearts and minds it's going to sound like you're avoiding accountability which will again question your Integrity. In our society that's called "Doubling Down" and it always makes things worse.

Amen, Filipins are not late to work. No way do they want to show their boss that kind of disrespect. Unfortunately it is matriarchal society where men are disrespected. But boundaries are great things for Filipinas.
@@puppyupper4565 All women need boundaries. In fact, everyone in your life needs to know and respect your boundaries or be out of y our life. It is up to you to draw the line. I do think that women are more prone to push boundaries, so with them it is more important to be firm and stand up to pressure. Guys who are not sociopaths tend recognize and respect boundaries without so much testing. At least part of this is because if a man tests another man's boundaries, he might wind up in the hospitsl.

She is fair game in the phillipines. The rules there are different. Just never take a woman from the phillipines to the west. You will be surprised some girls around 24 will make very good wives. My general rule of advice. If you are 30 minimum age is 18. if you are 40 look for a 25 year old. if you are 50 25 year old. if you are 60 find someone around 30. If you are 70 a 35 year old. I wish I could find a girl like this one.

I’m about to turn 49 this week and have done very well with women. The advice you’re giving is gold. Men fall in love too but due to a long difficult life that made us successful it takes longer. It’s a long gradual process but we will give our own lives for a woman we love. So until that happens there are 2 huge things. Men want peace and sex! A woman has to be a benefit to my life if I’m going to have her around. The more a woman does the quicker she cements a place in my life and is favored over other women. A lot of men won’t come out and say it but when I have a good ,honest, kinda shy woman and she shows affection and she initiates intimacy often that tells me this girl really likes me, she respects me, she appreciates me… and that ladies triggers the love and protect desire in men.

I married the daughter of the late great and amazing father in law and Chief Forester on the Philippines Fernando Gines. We have been together 20 years now. It is nice to be part of her family. I miss my father in law as we spend so much time together when he was alive. It is lonely in Baguio without him at our house.

I've been fascinated by the Philippines, its culture and especially the ladies there. Just before yours I saw a video "12 ways that a Filipina will manipulate a foreigner". Just like you said demanding money for her and her family, a lot of drama, can have a lazy princess spirit in general. I was just ready to cross off Filipinas when your good guidance was presented to the ladies of your country. So right..being late for things really seems disrespectful to me! We western men DO like to pay for things and treat our ladies like queens when it is appreciated.
