Nice video :) However, some quick points : the "whenever" in this case would be the maximum allowed lvl for this quest which is, I believe, something around 180-190 (you can verify at the specified questboard). It's also possible to increase the XP reward with charm stats, It's very useful when you're doing massive quest validation, but for case by case quests, it's not always worth it, as the extra given XP is fairly low.
