The character is named Echo her face was modeled after Loona's so he is useing it to represent hers.
Did you know the ghost story was similar to 1940? Well I'm gonna to make a story on my own ghost story and it was about a haughty warfare tank engine who want to do anything better and becoming a fateful hard way. His name was Aaron.
On 1910, at Brighton before Thomas or Timothy heading to his home called "Sodor" and there are many tank engines on Brighton which is Thomas who was painting LBSC green and there's also Timothy as well. And they also having a rudeness and haughtiness warfare tank engine of all and his name was Aaron. He was being boastful, rude to other engines and showing off and thinks he can do anything better on his own than other engines and the other engines weren't pay attention to him but it wasn't until that Aaron would learn his cruel way. He was assigned to take with his explosive and delicately train and heading toward Sodor but it was foggy night and so he couldn't see anything and he didn't see a broken rails ahead following by the recent storm. Sadly, Aaron didn't make it to Sodor,as he approached to broken rails,he was too late and hit the broken tracks and derailed and plunged down the embankment into the ditch and causing his explosive train to exploded. His crews we're killed in the accident and Aaron who himself was unrecognizable as his engine body shell was turning to scrap and nobody heard of him again but everyone said that the legend that could heard a familiar whistle in the distance and you see a warfare tank engine was puffing down the rails and disappeared in the mist.
