Thomas, I finally got a colleague in another province to show me how to assemble and explained in great detail the double locking mechanism of the bolts. The instruction sheet does not speak to that at all; however it made sense when the colleague walked me thru the process.
Although I am disappointed in the customer service, once the table was assembled(thanks to my colleague), I could not ask for a better product.

If you need help assembling, ask someone who has one ....you do not get details from the photo copied instruction sheet that comes with the product. Buy it as you will love it but source help in assembling from someone who has one ☺
Was looking for a different video regarding a portable face rest to place on a table to lean in on from a chair…. so this is not what I was hear for but was suggested by CZcams. However, this is an excellent video! I miss the old days of CZcams.
While I posted the comment below, I was able to contact Mr. Friedman personally. He is a wonderfully responsible man with an amazing spirit. He helped arrange a COMPLETE REPLACEMENT at no cost as clearly the unit I bought was "one that slipped through the cracks". This is a fine company with a fine product. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!!
I have Your Master Massage Calypso Portable Massage Table, and I absolutely Loved it, First thing I did when I got it was to lay on it, and with my back issues it was very comfortable, I test because my rule is if I wouldn't lay on it , I don't put my client on it. My clients love it , those whom have gone to therapist who don't Use Master Massage Say That our table is the most soft and Most comfortable they have laid on while receiving a massage, I do a lot of massage for tight muscles due to Cerebral Palsy, and even my wheel chair bound clients love it. Thanks for such a great product and keep up the great work.

That is not a dovetail joint, it's a finger joint. But to your point, it is still extremely strong. if just glued you will most likely have a failure of the material (wood) before you will have a failure of the actual joint.

warranty on foam is only two years! Good quality tables come with 3-year warranty on foam.
I ordered a table from this company over two months ago,, and still have not received it. The customer service rep tells me when I call that it’s still on back order. I understand the whole covid delay, but I shouldn’t be waiting this long to get my table. If I don’t have my table in my office by the week after next, then I’m canceling my order and ordering one that will be in my office within three weeks. Very disappointed with this company right now.

Just purchased and disappointed in assembly instructions as black and white photo copy does not show the legs clearly with bolts/nuts. The lock nuts sent with the bolts do not work and no one is available by phone on the hours stated as business hours to assist with this issue. Website just promotes their product over others but not videos on how to assemble so we can ensure we are doing exactly what we should even though bolts and nuts do not work ??????? Have left several messages, no call back.........................REALLY?? For a company that has won awards for the building of good tables, now focus should be given to CUSTOMER SERVICE !!!!!

That's not a dove tail...that's a box joint/finger joint. Still much better than the alternative...but it's not a dove tail
