4 hours!! Sunsfan must think we have nothing better to do than watch his podcast. He is right but still rude to assume
Steamer/Analyst in my country Do 16 hours straight read and test the Patch on Every Hero. Also commentating on 2 Dreamleague Matchs for 3 hours in the middle.
Total 19.5 hours stream 😂.
Bed to Bed.
LOL
@@sfalpha what pill he drink?
Rude? You don't have time = click it off. Max content is the kindest thing, these podcasts are for work time in the background.
@@ArchMoosedang you got Poe’s Lawed. He was kidding.
This is equivalent to 4 podcast. I'm all here for it
I was hoping you guys wouldn't compress it too much. Holy shit, with the 4 hours you guys really delivered. Thank you for the pod.
1:44:44 Synd cmon man
2:20:27
3:12:03
4 hours. Not bad. Can't wait for the Purge 10 hours one.
Purge's part 1 is 7 hours lol
Sunsfan! Im a huge fan. I miss ur casting. Didnt see u in recent tournaments. Please come back soon. Sunsfan syndern duo is iconic ❤
They were at Birmingham together
@@zachariahkindle8926 CAP did they cast any game?
@paragshrestha9143 yea man several, I think there were 4 groups of casters and they all were about equal, both in groups and main
Holy shit! Let the power of Kevin/Purge compel you!
Finally the vibes of podcast!
4 hours straight, these guys going rampant!
thankyou for this - 4 hrs of awesomeness.
I think there's gonna be a new patch with map changes in not too long. Pretty sure the reason there was so little done for such a long time is because of how massive these two new mechanics were.
I sure hope so. The hero changes are insane, and some heroes have become OP while others have turned garbage, but the game is still played the same way it has for however long this map has been the same. It's really boring.
Windranger's alternate ult is literally Reaper from Overwatch
Bro 4 hours no nba segment. Shame ahame shame.😂😂😂
Mana bars and Persistent range indicator are bigger changes than the hero changes themselves.
Huskaar: what is mana?
I think this patch adds an additional layer of nuance where the heroes are interacting “with the game” rather than “in the game”
Here we gooooo
I love how Synd cant comprehend that lower tier players might like a hero but struggles with certain aspects
Guess I'll watch this one instead of Purge's video. Let's go Mavs!!!
"This next one is hilarious, holy shit!" Shannon's tone, when moving on to Shadow Shaman, I think this might be the horniest moment ever on the podcast
Sunsfan mispoke on Dark Seer. His INT can't be lower than EITHER his STR or AGI, which means INT will always be equally whichever one is GREATER. If you take Quick Wit facet, that means that STR is basically everything. Build a bunch of STR items and you get crazy HP, INT, Damage, and Attack Speed all at once. I think it's pretty good if you build a few bracers and then get Heart, SnY, etc. You can also just stay on STR treads.
VISAGE RIGHT TALENT:
"Someone from Valve comes to your house and presses CTRL+A"
"We'll not be exhaustibe with the patch" Proceed with 4 hours podcast
Earth spirit facet may not be too bad actually. You can roll in, grip and kick all with the same remnant. Doable with the increase cast range on grip. As well as potentially having infinite magnetize on a target with a 4s cd on remnant. Definitely something interesting and a change in playstyle.
Your stone will be out of range for the grip if you roll from a range greater than grip
@@Skrotingit emphasises landing rolling boulder more often, if you land the W it’s a guaranteed grip into smash since the boulder spawns behind you and the enemy you rolled onto
I was so lazy to read and understand every hero new things that i just waited for this video.
soul rip facet is incredibly strong because it takes into account the str you arleady stole from enemies
What Synderen is missing is that casting Hex on your ally gives them invulnerable for 0.1 sec, which means you instantly cancel stuff like Fiend's Grip.
Edit: nvm, he realized and went back lol
I wish they put 3 Facets choices per hero for more variety and situations in game.
I'm complaining about Tinker!
Anyways, always a pleasure to listen to you two.
Gotta binge Purge after this.
Missed so much sunsfan on the last tournament and this one that i searched for him on twitter and found out that he has a podcast??? This will do
patch has been amazing and i think some stuff are definitely broken and needs reworking or some are boring and maybe placeholders and hopefully it makes it have more space for cool changes. without the map changes hopefully we can get a good few balancing patches and then hope we keep getting good stuff
Mirana catching strays
Hey guys genuinely asking, should I watch this on Spotify or CZcams. Which platform gives you more money?
The huskar change is the beginning of leauge of legends era in dota. A lot of champions there dont have mana or anything as a resource and they can use spells off cooldown. I hope thats not the route they are going towards
Sad, no deadlock talk. Maybe next episode?
WOW 4 HOURS
Holy crap 4 hours I'm ready to eat
I think beastmaster's right facet is super underrated. I think it turns beastmaster into a mid hero where you just blink on fools with MoM and basher every 20 seconds.
Anyone got the timestamp for the NBA segment?
Jugg has 30% increased agility out of combat and if he initiates with Omnislash it'll do roughly 30% (+15%) increased damage
On Mars' innate, you'll know if youre being ganked, even if the enemies are smoked
Not sure if I should be sad or angry of Synd forgetting everything in D1.
The TA changes are mainly good for BKB as changes to that nerfed that hero more than any other. Also it allows you to solo tormentor again. Its a great change imo.
2:20:37 LORE ACCURATE
It's Dota Christmas
I think what they are trying to push Tinker in to.
Is no longer being that hero that takes over the entire game and is incredibly horrendous to play against.
Its also a big smurf domination hero. in low rank and pub games.
And turn him in to a Support role.
They have been pushing him more to a support role over the last few years with more support abilities.
I think this is another one of those pushes
2:09:04 I've died a little when I heard Sunsfan's pronunciacion of "Coup de Grace" =))
Why? It's exactly how it's pronounced.
@@Fisteon you're right, apparently, I always thought it was pronounced without the "s'" at the end, for some reason.
Damn, didnt know NBA dropped a new patch!
Also, I smell dagon meepo.
hoppefully you get to talk about deadlock in the next one..unless... you know...
have u guys been casting the latest games? i been looking i''ve seeen syndren on the panel i think. when are u guys casting together again
Tldw, I'm happy for you though, or sorry that happened.
Bubbles
valve, icefrog. while other MOBA's go backward. DOTA 2 just rewards its loyal players with more stuff to learn.
synderen couldnt be more wrong about shadow shaman
Do you one shot huskar with sanity’s eclipse?
Someone please high five Sunsfan @1:43:36
most of facets feel like one is obviously better and second one is for a very specific games
i like this concept, sure it's gonna be busted in places this early, but for heroes like magnus for example, you can change the plan at game start if you get counterpicked too badly which is really cool
i legitimately think this couldve even been released as 8.00
If they did some map changes....
just missing map and economy changes
no purge cameo to justify 4 hours?
The patch notes were too small to read along. Needed to zoom them in more or abandon your standard layout for this episode and made the notes full screen with your faves overlayed
Why can't Valve hire Synderen for helping with the patches? The game is literally the same, heroes are just completely different
Not caring that certain heroes are completely screwed because you don't like them is wild to me, especially heroes that have been dead for ages. I don't see how it can be good for the game to have heroes that are liabilities in any game for months lol.
Thank you guys for spending so much time going over everything. I'm there with Synd in that I'd rather have map and economy changes than crazy hero changes.
There is no way new players come to the game now. My wife finally figured out what the heros do so she can watch it with me. That is now dead. Hope it's good in the long term I guess.
I thng that Sunsfun and Synd forget (Synd more often) is that Dota is game for normal players (as in non-pro). If I don't want to play micro on Phantom Lancer, it's cool I don't have to. Plus, it a facets, so it's always my choice - that's important because later Synd says about Terrorblade's inner ability, that "it's not a facet". I don't really care about Terrorblade's "identity" neither
Lfgggg
This patch is a hit and a miss for me. The Hit, i like the concept of all heroes having an innate ability and idea of facets. This miss has been in the execution of it, some individual cases of innate and most of the facets themselves, seems under cooked and rushed. The facets in my opinion should not completely change the hero but tweak in small ways.
