I am a GKS-G scholar from India and right now I am studying in Pusan National University. Currently, I am pursuing my Korean language course at PNU. Sorry I am not sure about which university it is. For GKS any affiliated university is fine but the condition is your degree course should be a regular program not a distance learning program. I hope I was able to clear your doubt.

Yes they do! Just one condition it should be a regular degree and not a distance learning program.
