@@foreverlost5012 In the future, I recommend that you keep trying. I was hacked twice, they like to change your sign in address or create child accounts and then purchase games. The password at purchase thing doesn't work because they can change the password lol. So you just keep contacting support when they don't resolve it. Eventually the agent literally mentioned how often I'd created tickets, and I explained that, well, it's kind of important to get my hundreds of dollars back. Eventually you might find someone who is good :)
Edit: the first time, I didn't receive my money back at all, despite being told it would be refunded. They also said it had to go to my wallet in ps store. Second time, when I finally got really helped and not just people trying to have me change my email and password, they got all of it refunded in full. Including a game I had bought after the fact, that I kinda didn't want anymore. Convenient
