Holy crap this is really good!! I love how expressive the characters are in their faces and in their movements, you’ve done a fantastic job characterizing them. Also the way the shots look and how they flow into each other is incredibly dynamic and attracts eye, the entire “Mr Hades is a mean old boss” sequence in particular blew me away.
Time stamp at 3:13, the contrast with the yellow accents, the scale symbolism, the TRANSITIONS!!! I particularly love the “Sold!” anticipation already in the previous shot. So much energy and beautiful visuals. Hecking wow. Also love the transition from coin flip, to dog, to train at 1:03.

This is REALLY amazing. Like WOW. I love all the perspective shots and expressions and the way you draw the characters! I'm quite new to Hadestown, but this is so far my favorite song and you illustrated it SO. AMAZINGLY. WELL.

I noticed that sequence too - it really nails home what Hermes says later to Orpheus that Hadestown could tear him apart.
