- Nepal Everest Trek | Day 2 | Phakding To Namche Bazaar 🇳🇵(this changed my life) is a video where I fly to Nepal in 2022 and visit Lukla to start our trek in Nepal in 2022. The journey begins from Lukla with a 5-hour trek to the next destination in the Himalayas, Phakding. I travel with my wife and the 2 incredible Sherpas, their names are Rinji and Mingma. Absolutely unbelievable human beings are helping our trek through the mountains of Nepal in 2022. In this video, we will be travelling from Phakding in Nepal to Namche Bazaar in Nepal, one of the world's most famous places to trek.

how that 13 years old kid understand and replied everything in english ..its a sign that even though we are quite poor we get quality education ...which is necessary..🇳🇵🇳🇵..apart from that what that kid was doing ..i have done that too as small me .. so its a kind of part of our duty as a son and daughter to make parents works easier ...that's all 😊😊
He was honestly an inspiration to me and hopefully many people watching. He spoke amazing English and everyone I’ve met in Nepal have been incredibly educated. 🙏❤️

I did Everest Base Camp and Kala Patthar which is over 5500 m in 2019 and last year I did the Manaslu Circuit which goes up to 5200 m and is over 230km. I trained really hard so you going up without training is a very decent effort. just a few points for your viewers. Namche is the last decent place (apart from the Everest View Hotel ) before its gets much rougher and the accommodation gets worse. EBC Trek or the bit you are doing is really busy compared to most treks in Nepal which is good and bad in that the route is better and there are many nicer lodges but you don't get the solitude. One point you make is that you can get all the gear ( not exactly original if you know what I mean .....) very cheap in Nepal particularly in Kathmandu if you bargain and if you go much higher you will need better gear. One really important thing is a decent medical kit including Immodium or similar ...Antibiotics for chest and stomach and very important from namche upwards Diamox altitude sickness pills which you can either take or not but in an emergency you will need them ! Finally a telling off ! you really up there you shouldn't be eating meat .....ive seen how it gets up there on at the back of a yak or a donkey. there is no reliable refrigeration ....... you might need all those pills !

Really enjoying this series of videos! How did you guys find the price for travel, accommodation etc. for Nepal? I’d be flying from Scotland, but I checked flight prices the other day, and they were coming to £1000+ return! 😬😱
Thank you Georgia 🙏 it will all depend when you travel and from which country. We travelled from Dubai so the flights weren’t as bad. But I’ll be releasing a video soon talking about all the costs etc.
