I'd go with the gb QBIT or the Cybex Equivalent is the "Cybex Beezy". True one hand push, all wheel suspension, slightly larger basket, larger canopy, and still folds compact. Great as a compact everyday city stroller as well

Airlines keep shrinking the carry on dimension allowance. Yoyo would have been perfect 5-10 years ago. I think travel bag for Libelle also sold separately

All travel strollers are similar in this regard, there isn't a stand out option as none of them have height adjustable handlebars.
Are the Libelle seat different than the GB? The GB my baby slouched so much.

Yes, but the post adapters are a PAIN with the original Pippa.
