To get something like this without editing the video bc sadly i thought it was in game but it's not, you have to go to options then accessibility then click on color blindness, you'll see the color blindness filter and click on protanopia, this will change everything that is red, yellow and not blue! I put the filter strength at 0.82. It'll look absolutely beautiful imo the red skin
