After the winter break, it’s back to days filled with work or school. Lots of us, including myself, have exams shortly after winter break. During the winter break, we are expected to keep up with our goals, plans and studying, but in reality this is so hard to do and there is a big chance of falling behind even more. In this video, I am going to give you concrete advices that you can use to stay on top of your to do list during this winter break.

I personally disagree about keeping your routines. I know it may work for some people, but my energy level is low. So when I have a lot of studying to do, if I keep my ideal morning routine, it doesn't motivate me, it tires me out so I don't have energy left for studying. So I just go straight to studying or I cut things out from my routine.
