This is good project. You should dig a well-water and put pumping machine to save money and time.
Also you should try to use old palm trees (old that people can not climb or not fruiting)for the roofing and carpenter need to use it on time or else it will be difficult for nailing. Machine operators know how to cut the palm trees to different sizes and you will save alot of money.
