Hi bro...are you still using this indicator??? You think it is still effective for intraday trading with 15m or 5m tf? Ur comment was 2yrs back...so just checking if this is still good indicator or not. I just started using this on 1&5m time frame but lot of wrong signals indeed. I couldn't take any trade yesterday cos of wrong signals on lower time frame... I yet to try on 15m tf 🥺

Funny thing. I've been writing a software, and the only time it loses are in market consolidation periods. I tried using the Vertical Horizontal Filter to really not much aid, unless I was reading it wrongly. I decided to just trade it myself and avoid market consolidation, but this could help very much. Your videos are very informative. Thank you.

@@ulisesbello807 I am not completely sure, but I am assuming the choppiness would come in 'after' one has made the entry? Coz a swing trader would get in only when the price is trending initially. So the choppiness index would still show valid at that time. I think it would be useful for reducing the hold period. So for eg: If I am going to exit in 1 month (if no profit or SL) and it is choppy in 2 weeks, I would probably look at exiting early.

I used to watch videoes like these blindly. For entertainment or whatever. First now after 4 years trading I realise it is nothing worth unless you want to use it. This one I will add in my notes. I might use it later. It really does look like it could be used in a profitable system.
