There was a single tigress at Mukteshwar at altitude of 8000 feet ASL , Jim Corbett reached Mukteshwar on request of British government when man Eater tigress had killed 24 people, even employees of Mukteshwar veterinary research institute were not able to perform their duties properly .

OMG everytime i visit Mukteshwar i use to visit that adjacent forest area which goes to Sheetla and Almora, but suddenly got goosebumps knowing that once upon a time it was a territory of Man Eater.🙄🙄🙄
