- We’re now at a point where a lot of you will probably have done every save you had planned, and are looking for some more crazy ideas to keep FIFA 23’s career mode fun. Let me know some of the best ideas you’ve thought of in the comments below, but let's get started with the 5 that I've come up with right now.
The Two Season challenge
Start at any team you want and play the first two seasons
After the end of season two, you need to move club
It’s best if you stay in the same league, but no problem if you cant
Compete against your former team to try to be even better
Every two seasons change club
See how many teams you can win the league with in a single save
Build a team that has a player of every height.
From the smallest possible player on FIFA at 5’1
To the tallest at 6’9
This gives you a squad of 21 players.
Do you use tall players in defence, do you go with tiny fast players upfront?
Super easy to keep track of as players don't grow or shrink
The FIFA 23 Unicorns
There are 22 nations on FIFA 23 that only have a single player in FIFA.
The Nations: Afghanistan Andorra Bermuda Chad Ethiopia Fiji Gibraltar Guam Indonesia Kazakhstan Korea DPR Lebanon Liechtenstein Mauritius Palestine Papua New Guinea São Tomé e Príncipe Seychelles Singapore South Sudan Vanuatu Vietnam
Try to develop some of these players to get regens, see if you can multiply the amount of players from these countries
The unconventional National Team
Create a club based on a team that doesn't have a national team in game
Give them a lower rating if you want it to be tough, but give them a decent budget
You’ll only be signing players from that nationality
For example, create the Nigerian National team in the Premier League.
Sign players like Osimhen, Ndidi and Calvin Bassey, send your scouts out and try to find the next star from that nation
Some fun ideas here could be Egypt, Chile, Ivory Coast or Uruguay.
Create a 4 Tier Super League with the 92 best teams on the game
If you start in the bottom tier with an average team, you’ll have a really hard challenge
Other leagues actually do develop, eg teams like Hertha & Lens will get mad transfer budgets and become European Giants if you can qualify
Constant matches against big teams with real stadiums, making it tougher than an average RTG
More chance of big name players moving to different teams when they are in the same league, means some teams will get super squads. Eg Ronaldo to PSG

I think it could be fun to make a Brasileirão all star team and put them in the premier league. The team would consist of players who came from the brasileiro série A such as Paqueta, Neymar, and Vini Jr

I always end up jumping around too much to all of my different ideas and then never finish. Being creative could be a bit overwhelming sometimes 😅

@@fooli91 tbh i think its just the game itself. Once you continuously see the same designs/graphics, news, cut scenes and loading screens, it builds up and gets boring over time. Some people dont even pay attention to those stuff, but those that do like myself, it gets annoying
I can't even finish 2 seasons without getting bored. The constant updates, poor commentary and horrible UI just makes it harder to keep playing.
The very last concept really was interesting to me, because most of the regens and pregens stay in those leagues in a couple of years
A cool idea would be to make a team where you can only have one player from each country. If you have 26 players, you will have 26 different countries
That's what I do for one of my saves. I start at the worst league in England and pick a team that has cool uniforms. Then throughout the first season I scout youth players from all around the world and sign them to the senior team. Sometimes I get a couple from the same country if my scout brings back two good players. Other than that, I usually only have one player from a country. Then I try to work my way up to the Premier League. It's really fun

What was the name of the video
I’m doing one right now that’s been a ton of fun. I’ve subbed in the Orlando pirates for the MLS Orlando SC. Then I converted the pirates into an MLS compliant team (only 8 players allowed to be non-American and only 3 designated players allowed to have salaries over 12k). This means selling off most of the original pirates players to bring in mostly American players. To keep things more interesting, if any of my players get offers from top teams in the world I always accept offers as I feel like the players would likely leave the MLS if this were to happen in real life
I did an asian super league with the german league set up, started in div 3 with Central Coast Mariners, my local team, very fun to do, I would recommend.
For the 2 seasons I did that pretty much in FIFA 22 when I went from Villarreal to PSG after 1 and a half seasons and then Chelsea after 2 seasons winning ucl with psg
I want to create the PES United in FIFA to play with Castolo, Minanda, Ivarov, etc but im struggling with the convertion of the stats, any help would be great
Not those kind if challenges but there are 2 save ideas I enjoyed:
- form A great French Basque team in ligue 1. Make all of your players French and give them basque names. Ideas for clubs can be Aviron Bayonnais FC, A real basque football club that is in the fourth tier and produced some of the best French basque players. Second, you can make A branch of Athletic Bilbao in france, Athletic Bayonne.
Second is a fun player career I enjoyed, just A new young number 10 from Argentina, after Kempes, maradona and messi, be the fourth greatest player to win A WC with them

My Ted Lasso save is fun. I couldn’t figure out which team I wanted to play as and I figured why not. Not only am I now a fan of the club but I have had a blast at the same time. I am a few seasons down the line now too. Still having fun!
I’m in year 3 of playing with AFC Richmond. Promoted to premier league after first year, finished 3rd in the PL second year and won the FA cup

I took all of the former Eastern European giants and put them all in the same league. It’s an absolute blast
I did that on FIFA 22 very fun indeed!
A cool thing I recently did was to create a team in a league (example Série A) and the goal is to create a starting eleven of players that corresponds to the biggest legends of a chosen club from the same league.
Example : you create an Italian club and you will have to get a XI made of players with the same nationality / type of players than the legends of AC Milan -> Scalvini for Maldini for example etc.
I created an England U-21 National Team last year in EFL League Two, becoming a feeder club. I made sure they didn't promote. Might reboot it as an RTG with possibly France, Brazil or something else.
Another way to play only with local players, like Chivas in México, they play only with Mexican players (sadly they're not longer in the game) or Bilbao who only plays with players from the Vasque Region, and a challenge like that can be really interesting.
i have started a bvb II career mode, using the really cool Longford park stadium with 3k capacity. i have set my objectives to sell as much as possible, and loan from the main BVB. its been fun so far, even while losing. i match the bvb tactics to mimic what Ajax do with there academy.
I have a idea but I think people have already done this so apologies if you have heard this before.
I started in the EFL 2 with a created club at the lowest possible star, I also gave my club a budget of 10m pounds in the transfer window, from there I buy low rated but cheap players, build them up to be top players and also build my youth academy. The end goal is to reach the Premier League but you can go and try and win the league too if you want. I’m currently doing this and have just got promoted to the championship. It’s going really well and I think it’s a cool little project
My latest career mode idea was overtaking a small team from a minor european leagues (romanian, polish league) with a limited amount of money for each transfer ( 2-3 milj ex)
I did the first one with fiorentina, built them a solid brazilian only starting eleven😅 before moving to bayern and other teams
This was a crazy save based off of blue lock and the whole premise is to chose a country or club that is like a best of the rest like Japan or a below average league or team and try to find the perfect striker and even if they are a 90 get rid of them they aren’t the best
What settings do you use for camera and game pace and also do you use sliders? I want to copy
When I do coach to glory’s, most teams I leave end up being ridiculous. I joined Mallorca from LA Galaxy in one and when I left them after 4 seasons and winnnig CL, they won the CL the season after (knocking my Chelsea side out in the semis on the way) and then I beat them in the final the year after. Teams you leave normally end up staying good and replacing players really well, especially if they’re from the top five leagues. Had another one where Southampton replaced the regen LW I bought to every club I went to with Vini, sometimes the AI does do good signings, very rarely tho 🤣
Player manager career. Choose your player and make a manager that looks similar. I used Jordan Henderson. Manage the club and play using the lock to player feature. To move clubs use the browse jobs and just before you leave release your player. When your player retires you can just continue with a normal manager career where you move jobs
Here is a somewhat interesting idea, in real life and in fifa, there are teams that particpate in the football leagues that are the second team of a larger team for example BvB II in Bundesliga 3 or Real Madrid B, so you could create a club in the english divisons named Man City II or Arsenal B, but you can only sign second team players or younger players from the club while being heavily focused on youth players however these teams cant get promoted to the league below the actual team if you want to keep it realistic, you can also only sell players to clubs smaller than the main team and to the main team itself (you would just have to pretend they are being promoted to the normal team) its not really that fun to play but its pretty interesting
I like the super league idea however most of the time the same team wins the ucl as all the top teams are in the same league meaning there’s only 4 teams challenging each other
Late here but fun idea im doing right now: I am doing the alphabet challenge, every season I get a random letter. For example, my first season, I got the letter V, had to sign players with there names or surnames starting with V for Everton. Signed Lucas Vazquez, Kieran Volland and Veretout. Next season my letter is T. So, can only sign players with there names or surnames starting with the letter T and so on. Use a wheel spinner for it. Quite tough cause im doing it with Everton but its fun.
Best one I’ve done- completely randomise europe. Chuck all the best teams into random European leagues and use teams from Argentina and USA and all the other leagues. This means that europe is completely random and leagues like Sweden have some really weird teams
One club each windows/season look great idea, maybe using real manager face, change team to team, built the ultimate league so every team will have balance squad.

I just did one where your team is only made up of sons of famous footballers. Maxim Gullit, Tim Weah, Justin Kluivert, etc etc etc. It was pretty fun
ive had fifa since the date of release, and I still havent chosen a team. The furthest I've gone was one season, and everytime I keep on waiting for new updates to do a full one, but I just can never choose a team.
Do athletic bilbao, you can find lists on sofifa of only basque players , you can only sign them . The updates won't matter because of the policy of signing basque only players , use 4 star youth scouts and only in France and Spain as that is the basque region.
An idea for you would be moving shaktar donestk to the polish league given the war circumstances in Ukraine currently.

If you stick to la liga regulations with transfers and squad size and the non euro spots, it becomes a lot more challenging
I did a super league with British, Irish, Australian,New Zealand, American, Canadian,South African, UAE and Indian teams and started with the lowest rated team in order to improve them
On FIFA 21 I did a few themed saves to try and liven things up a bit. One was playing as DC United and only signing players with the initials DC. I also did one where I had a player for each letter of the alphabet (using their surnames but you could try it with their first names too). Another one that I did was to only sign players that had rude or funny names 😁
I started at a random league 2 team i think northampton then im trying to bring them up and get pjcked for wc
i just set up the 4 leagues, taken on lafc in the bottom tier (wanted some american representation even tho i’m british n i also just love the kit)

I created San Marino with no mods worked out well
I put all teams in England div 4, and 3, plus my random team in div 4, and in Premier League i put teams like psg and so on, and man o man, AFC Richmond or whatever is their name, the just dominated league 4 and 3 with two straight promotions both on 2nd place, luckily i was able to follow them and now both of us are in chapionship. If you wonder did psg win any league title, no they didn't, they would finish in top 5 all the time, but never 2nd or 1st
Update: they have missed on promotion in premier league, while I'm struggling in 19th

Start it in 3.liga and see if you can take 1860 to European glory and oust Bayern from top spot. You get good derbies through the seasons also.

Make 22 players of nation you want lets say Hong Kong with dob 01.01.1980. i think is oldest one then start career and game will retire some and some will retire next season and you can look in free agents your Hong Kong regens. You dont need to care about look or stats because game will randomise it.
