This song is so underrated. It's one of my favourite BIGBANG songs.
+LumosMist Agree...even TOP's rap was very raw and underground...he doesn't get much credit for his earlier works which I think was very good.... all BB old songs which was very Hip-Hop was the stepping stone for Korean Hip-Hop Korean boyband because they are the (one of the) pioneers after 1TYM for influencing the present scene....
+KayBee I find his rapping in this song to be some of the best of his along with Doom Dada, Knockout and Zutter.

i feel sad when fans don't even know about this side or era of big bang. they didn't debut as a pop group. the debuted as a hip hop/ r&b group with mad rapping skills. *sigh* that's okay. we can just look back on it.

Yeah, I gree with you totally, I knew them since 2007 and I was hooked by their songs and their hip hop style, I'm a bit sad that they've changed their style and focus as a pop group :(

Yes. One of Big Bang's many influences. There were groups like Block B, B.A.P, BTS, etc., that had multiple rappers but Big Bang were one of, if not the first to do it. They certainly introduced a rap line in K-Pop groups.
I became big bang fan around 2006 after watching their documentary n fascinated with their hip hop style....when mostly will go for dbsk n suju at that time only big bang capturing my eyes...they were so cute but at the same time quite badass n cool
As a VIP I usually use this song to introduce BIGBANG to my friends, it really bothers me that people out there don't know about this BIGBANG, I love their first years as group with the hip hop and r&b references, even after a decade I still came here to enjoy this era.
You know, im surprised a lot of people don't know this Era of Bigbang. I learned about them in 2011. Right before they released Tonight. And the first song I saw from them was actually La La La and Haru Haru. I then saw all of their songs after they released the Tonight album. This song is one of those songs that never really comes to mind when I think of them but whenever the song comes on I always jam out to it.

These kind of Big Bang videos give me an intense nostalgia as if they were from the early 2000s but this was only 4 years ago O_O but they really have this early 2000 feel with the rap/r&b/dance off style.
So this is the type of music that got BIGBANG to where they are now. I discovered them in depth during their MADE series and its great to see their versatility as musicians. I love their music from 2007(their break out year) til now. But for their next album I would like to see a hip hop and R&B style. It would be amazing to see those styles of music combined with their proficiency as matured artist. They would slay and put most of these new hip hop boy groups to shame. (No hate just saying):)
Totally agree. But that would be in 2021 or 2022. TOP is going to army this year, all the members until 2021. They can't do songs as Big Bang, but they can do solos.
