The laundry room is a very nice size. I'm starting to see more of that pale green everywhere and I actually like it. Yes I love the lower hanging railing, being 5'4 I can definitely appreciate it. THE MIRROR ISN'T FRAMED lol that was first thing I noticed when you walked into the bathroom. I'm not sure if its the lighting but I'm really trying to figure out this shade of green this is cool green,sea green or forest green. I love the living room and kitchen area very well designed. I wouldn't have a black island though . I definitely agree with the other side of the refrigerator looking unfinished. That's such a great backyard patio. The master bedroom is nice but I would change out the ceiling fan for a different one. The cabin lighting in the bathroom is nice. I actually like the low stepping tub especially if that would be used for an in-law suite or someone who is older and even for the homeowners they can age in place in that bathroom and not have to worry about remodeling their bathroom later down the line when they are much older and those knees get to knocking . Wow less than $380k thats truly a steal of a price

I just LOVE YOU! You definitely understand me. You’re definitely correct about the low tub in primary bathroom. You could definitely age gracefully in this home without having to remodel. Believe it or not, but a lot of people LOVE having black countertops. It’s definitely more poplar than you would think. I prefer lighter countertops as it makes the space feel larger, but I digress. The price is a true jaw dropper!!! I couldn’t wait to release this video! You can get bang for your buck in Houston!
