it’s like self destruct. It’s very rare. edit: I was VERY wrong. normally it can replace normal startup overload. It will have a 1 in 5 chance to do that, or it will just skip straight to meltdown. Alternative method: wait long enough for the event and it’ll happen. (NOTE: has to be stable/not implemented yet)
