I went to private school in the UK and the library was very much like this, not quite as big though. Very old and grandeur - much like the whole of the school, very Hogwartzy. I would go there to do my homework and just spend hours in there sometimes. There was something about it that just made me feel very serene.

Idea for another video: There is much to discover outside the castle, I mean still on Hogwarts ground, like the garden when you walk around to the left of the main entrance door, the long steps down to the boat house, or the back yard outside the main hall, just to mention a few.

I also find "Labor ipse voluptas" translated as "The joy lies in the work itself", which is perhaps more telling.

I don't know what the composer's inspiration was, probably a mix of things, but at 28:36 it reminds me so much of many passages in Rach 2. It has a similar dreamy quality 🤩
