Lash I don’t think I remember him burning their shrines (the only person I know that’ll burn a God’s shrine would be xuanji), but yes, he did make those heavenly officials become mortal. That’s probably bc he wanted the heavenly officials to feel what Xie Lian feels when he was banished into the mortal realm.
