Rayfa khan you are so lucky . my grand parents died almost 5&3 years before I miss them a lot at this age of college years during vacations I used to stay with my grand parents during that time vacations was so short and I didn't want to go to school so that I can be with grandmother but now vacations are so long and I can't go to my mother's house no one is awaiting for me I wish that they are with me in this long vacations especially Christmas vacations they are so long than school days so enjoy your days with your grandmother mother maximum because they won't with us in the whole life I ignored this truth in my early childhood but it came as a spear in my life and broken my heart,take care of your grandmother 😢😢

I used to be so jealous of those kids in the school in primary wing who wore knitted sweaters in school and told everyone"My Dadi made this for me" and I wore a machine knitted sweater I used to touch their sweaters and feel the love of their granny I was do jealous i loved how soft and warm they were while mine was hard and warm they had a light blue colour of love while mine was dark blue colour I used to ask my mom my question"Why don't i have grandparents" Ik i was an idiot I was super jealous,I used to watch my neighbours kids running out of the school bus and hugging their grandparents who used to stand outside the house and wait for them while I used to take out the keys of my house from my backpack cuz my parents were working. I remember how happy i used to get when my mom and dad got a day off and were home before me i felt happy that there was someone waiting for me in the house. Seriously it feels really bad to see those people who treat their elders with DISRESPECT and don't love then how rude some kids are to their grandparents while there are some like me who cry because they never got a chance to get that love. If you have grandparents take care of them love them and never let ur parents send them to old age homes never ever always love them
I don't have a grandma/grandpa. they both died when I wasn't even born. Seeing everyone so happy with their grandparents make me hurt so much and I keep on asking myself why I can't have fun like that. I only have my mom, and trust me, i'm more then grateful I have her, but my family lives somewhere far away and we can only afford to visit 0-1 time a year..

I lost my grandmother due to kemo therapy she won her battle against her cancer but the kemo therapy messed up her body and caused her to have two strokes in the same day causing her to lose most of her memory her own daughter or my mom walked into the room and she didn't even remember my grandpa and asked to see her husband when he was in the room with her but the saddest part for me was on my birthday when I woke up my mother got a call around 6:00 am from the hospital that my grandmother had died. Imagine waking up on your birthday to hear from the hospital that you're grandma had died
