😊 Thank you for teaching most of us . If we feel confident about ourselves it’s hard for anybody to hurt us . People do things to hurt others cuz they’re jealous or don’t like that person. Again than you very much 😊❤✌🏽

The first time it’s a trigger if you can let it go it will just hurt that moment, if you make it more of worth its self help, coming from your kitchen. I let nobody take the power of how I feel ore my emotions, all that is my privilege and from nobody else ❤❤❤❤

Are thousand times coming again IS enough?
In my Life since, were many situations feeling the same pain.. Than I asked me why?
IT was Like a little dog making his "dust" in the flat and Not outside.
So I asked me what I did wrong?
I had to Change something INSIDE me!! - Was the cognitive result in my brain.
    And I did.
Wish you a very good time on the way of experiences in your life.. GOD will bless you

I just get angrier thinking about not allowing myself to become angered.
What I think you're doing, even if it's unintentional, is teaching how to take non-action which can be dangerous.
Do you just plan to sit and meditate when evil is harming others? Are all your muscles and kungfu moves just for your own health?

Always great to hear another perspective! Another way to look at it is to be stoic. I know stoicism is becoming more and more popular but a lot of people seem to have hold the misconception that stoicism is just to be passive and inactive. On the contrary, stoicism is about not ALLOWING yourself to be affected by emotions and making decisions with a clear head.
If you have the power and ability to take action, it is always the best option to take action.
Moving purely for physical health is what most people are doing no? People go to the gym and workout to look and feel better and to build confidence which doesn't benefit others. Yet this isn't selfish nor looked down on.
Thanks for sharing your perspective with us, love and respect 🙌

@@ascendedmindset Thank you for your reply. It allowed me to realize something.
There is a myth going around that says that we can make ourselves unaffected by our emotions.
We are affected by everything our body experiences, including emotions.
When people say "do not react because of emotion" this is confusing.
It is better to say "Make the best choice possible.".
Just because a mistake is made does not mean the emotion was wrong.

Yes and no. Because planet earth has an expiration date. And nothing you enjoy doing is a waste of time.
