But 01:24 itself is responsible to make the feed system die a slow death. Never wash the feed system's fiber tube with ionised water. It really hates water and humidity.
If you have washed it by mistake, dry it completely with hair dryer or place it near a safe hot source, before trying to refill it with ink. Wiping it with cloth won't dry it completely. After drying it, the feed system will accept the ink.
Adding ink when the feed is already wet or moist will definitely kill it. It will show very tiny water vapour droplets near the feed and between the fade grills/panes, as if steam is trapped inside the pen.
If the climate is cool, then it won't form water vapour.
Such pens require high viscosity inks. So either add some water soluble inert thickening agent to any simple ink, or use a readymade high viscosity ink.
02:40 wipe the ink with cotton. Because this pen is hydrophobic, try to keep it away from water-rich inks. Fountain pen ink contains water so wipe the barrel nicely with cotton. Dry the feed system and barrel with gentle hot air.
Fill the pen upto 50% of its capacity. This is to allow easy communication between the feed system and watery ink due to balanced air and ink pressure. Filling the barrel fully with ink will overburden the feed system and it will for sure leak ink because of rise in internal pressure. Do not forget that by pushing the feed system back in, you are pressing the air molecules which were already present inside the barrel. Balanced pressure is important, and excess ink will obviously get leaked almost immediately, or first it will bleed through the tip while writing and then it will start to leak. It is a fluid dynamic system. It does not like water rich inks.
Did you hear what I said in the last few seconds? This technique is not for long term use after that pen can leak so do it wisely and It depends according to people's choice. I just told the method to refill as it is use and throw pen you can use twice or thrice but not more than that .... 😊

I think fountain pen ink is the cheapest option for this because you can refill this pen only one or twice .. so u can use the ink with further cartridge as well as converters ...
Try pilot 15 rupees 4ml bottle, pilot inks are really smooth and good while working better than parker and Camlin

I have tried only this method and shared with you all. I will try with other ink and other pens and share for sure. Right now I'm focusing on exam related stationery due to boards and other exams coming up

Nothing is omitted here.. Yes it was a tedious task and one pen broke before I made the video... But it's a hit and trial method... You can get a new pen if you don't want the tedious task.... It was difficult for me too..
