I’m a size 12 and went down a size to 11 and they fit and feel perfect. I recommend going down a full size if anybody plans to pick these up.

If you do end up with a pair that are a size too big, the boiling trick does work in terms of shrinking them down by about a size. Boil large pot of water. Using a pair of tongs dip each end into the water for about 30-45 seconds each, allow them to cool for about 1-2 minutes. Put them on and it will mold to your foot, similar to boiling a mouth guard

I would say size down fully I got 7 and they were like an 8 way to big for me so I sold them and got a 6 men's which is more like a 7

Comfort wise, they’re really similar. Honestly both are very comfortable but the foam runner feels less stable due to its thick soles.
