Located in the heart of Provence, the plain of Crau, there are 13500ha of irrigated meadows on 52 000ha of a unique soil: flora and a rich and precious biodiversity.
We therefore strive to practice a harvesting method that respects it. We use state-of-the-art equipment that allows for fast, high-quality, low-impact harvesting. Through this video we wanted in an original way to make you discover and share this art of the haymaking as we practice it.
