BUILDING a $5000 ULTIMATE DREAM PC!

No offense but for 5k you could get a 4090 or a 7900 xtx instead of a 4080

Agree for this, the strategy should getting standard / decent accesories (except the water cooling, because i9 is super hot), and upgrade later on in the future...

A lot of import up charges in the Middle East unfortunately or else would have been cheaper, the cheapest 4090 over here was at least over 2K
