2:10 Only Americans think they have a neutral accent. The American accent varies between Maine, New England, the Bronx, to Georgia, California,. and elsewhere. While teaching in one SE Asian country, the students did not fully understand me because they were use not to my "American / CA" accent,. but to the more common British accent. This it also true, to a lesser extent, in Hungary. To say Americans have a "neutral" accent is in itself a bit silly and a maybe "privileged". For example, I would clearly notice this person has a US west cost accent, not an east cost accent. I might be wrong... The OP can correct me if I am wrong.
Many Hungarians will not to your face tell you they do not understand you because of an accent. It took years till Hungarian confidants told me about difficulty understanding me due to my American accent. Adding apologies, for my "amerikai akcentus" helped a lot in getting understood.
She does have a pretty neutral accent, though. I'd say she's from somewhere on the West coast, and that only because she doesn't sound anything like me (NYC) or people from the south or the Midwest.
Honestly happy to see videos on Budapest! Hope to expat there soon
