He just didn't predict the victims' deaths because he only had visions of the monster itself, the only one he saw was one of the psychologist. He admires Wednesday for being independent and having her own mind. He drew her on the cello because he believed she was herself when she played (and he was right). He broke up with Bianca because he thought she controlled him, and so he thought that Wednesday would bring a carefree, worry-free love to him (Since she does as she pleases) And then Wednesday uses him to solve the case, lies to him about going to Raven's, accuses him of what he saw without letting him explain (even though he knows his DNA didn't match the monster's) And agrees that what Tyler did to him was (the bullying ) was just a prank . The question here is whether she deserves him or not. But that his dark energy matches hers is a fact. At least she learned to value him in the end. She clearly had no love interest in him before because she thought he was Hyde. Guys, this kind of love and affection (Xavier's love) is genuine, the rarest thing you have, is the giving love.
Finally someone who can overlook his negative sides (being creepy, obsessive etc) and see that he can’t help but like her because the heart wants what the heart wants regardless of how many time she’s shut him down and only used him for her gain. I wouldn’t say Wednesday is manipulative but she definitely does things for her own gain (as enid points out after the gates mansion). The difference is that both enid and xavier are not afraid to tell her when something is wrong and looks past the surface comments that she gives off and tries to help her rationalize in their own way. So they are endgame for me even if they end up just being friends. I agree that he is a good person (he is also not perfect but that makes him more interesting) I just think he should’ve taken the hint that she is not interested. Even if she was a little interested, she is more interested in the murders and mystery. I think they would make interesting friends in season two. I feel like she either needs a more fitting love interest or no love interest. I think Tyler genuinely liked Wednesday for a long time but him being the hyde and his master hating her got between them. He actually saved her life so any times and fought his urge to kill her in his hyde state on multiple occasions, plus killing any threats to her including Rowen and the homeless guy who threatened her in the old meeting house ruin. He only attacked her when he was ordered to but had several opportunities to do it. He got more and more unstable the more he turned into the hyde and was manipulated by Laurel, which is why it turned into a competitive winner/loser conversation at the police station. I don’t think Wednesday was freaked out by him saying his victims’ fear was delicious because freaking people out is something she takes pleasure in herself, plus she doesn’t really mind potentially killing people if it serves her purpose like with the swimmers and the piranhas. She was really more fascinated by the hyde than scared of it and wanted to catch it to figure out the puzzle vs justice, and only really became mad after it hurt Eugene. She is protective over people she tolerates like her brother and friends and was getting even. Xavier is a good guy with a moral compass. Wednesday was impressed by Tyler’s prank on Xavier vs judgmental because it was mean, and he was impressed by her piranha stunt. I loved Tyler’s sweet actions towards Wednesday which is something I thought she needed, however, there were many things that were all of the sudden. Firstly, her and Xavier go back to childhood, so they have a bond that is concreted. Secondly, from an outcast to an outcast, they both understand the freakish reactions people have to outcast (Xavier being assaulted by Tyler and his friends, Wednesday having to watch her pet die (plus everything else)). I did hate to find out that Tyler had a “rough” past with Xavier making me team Xavier especially since Tyler didn’t specify what happened. Lastly, Tyler is the Hyde. This is the most obvious point, however, with the few friends Wednesday was able to make, both of them (Enid and Eugene) almost died in his hand making that a definite no. It broke my heart every time Wednesday rejected Xavier and then brought his worst enemy to the dance. Xavier is good for Wednesday as well because he has empathy and understands her “kooky” ways unlike a normie would. He also shows restraint though because he wasn’t obsessing over her as he was sitting in a cell based on an accusation by Wednesday.

However., I could see them very much having some cute, romantic moments here and there. Or at least her struggling with her feelings for Tyler, and then her realizing that xavier has been looking out for her from the start which could either change how she feels about him romantically or the writers gonna make it platonic. so a back and forth love triangle will happen. When Wednesday fighting with Xavier, she is nearly tearing, but she can’t express it, because she’s not sure if he is Hyde or not. She also thrilled when she saw his drawing with her cello. When Tyler angry because she not asking him for the dance, she didn’t mind his feeling. She didn’t show any interest in Tyler or Xavier, she doubted both of them. I feel like she didn’t want to kiss Tyler, it’s just a try to test if she will have a vision when she kiss him. And she tell Xavier in the cell like she knows that Tyler was the Hyde. She didn’t care of that kiss, so somehow I feel like Wednesday is having a trust on Xavier but she doesn’t want to make it too obvious. She is playing around with him simping her😂. She is even know that he has interest on her😂, she KNOWS.
I could see that Wednesday act of despising him is because deep down she know and felt her heart fall for Xavier but she’s not used with that kind of feeling, she got confused and chose an easy option ‘Tyler’ it’s not helping that all monster evidence also lead to Xavier , when Xavier got arrested and came to Tyler she said “I had to reevaluate things” proof that she considered her self did trust Xavier and hoped she isn’t right about the evidence her self, and when she came to Xavier in the jail after knowing the truth she doesn’t telling the truth that she’s the one who kissed Tyler instead said he kissed her because she cares about Tyler now and don’t want to make more mistakes or make him hate her even more, and when he shout at her she looks hurt as she realizes how she did messed things up.
this is the only ship thats gonaa work cuz Tyler never really liked Wednesday. He was just manipulating and keeping her alive as long as Thornhill needed her blood to open the grave. The moment her purpose was served he dived in to kill her in the end but thankfully Enid came in. Also in the police station the way he mocked her when she found out he was a hyde! My first inkling against Tyler was that while Xavier and Enid were rightfully turning against Wednesday when she was overly cold with them, Tyler didn’t care in the slightest even after she put his life in danger after tricking him. Even if Tyler hadn’t been ya know, a murderous monster and stuff, that alone pushed me towards Xavier because he has the self-respect and decency to stand up for himself while still caring about Wednesday. I’d love a slow burn with them but part of me worries the actors will resist since Xavier’s actor said he would only like Wednesday with Enid but eh, doesn’t necessarily mean they’d be opposed.
In my honest opinion that no one asked for I like Tyler as a character, he's kind no matter what and even after going to freaking jail after being accused of the person you like you would still go after her and save her, the only scenes I didn't like was just some bad choices like him asking his ex to erase his feelings for someone he can't get over but overall that was just because he was hurting still a no go bro but y'know it happens I would do the same but not ask my ex( if I had one lol) But Wednesday and him together was just toxic for me Wednesday is the type of person that shows little to no emotions and having that in a relationship just leads to nowhere, she at some points would topple over other people's feelings as long as she gets her goal, a great example was when Enid got mad she didn't value Enid's feelings about what happened all she thought of was that she was close to solving the mystery and that it may have been dangerous but they still got out unscathed and that was end of discussion for her. Since the first episode, there was evidence against Tyler, he just didn't see who was trapped only in his based romance. The guy wanted to help her without knowing her (Xavier at least has known Wednesday for years) He even wanted to take her to the place, several times, and his father already told him not to get into trouble (obviously because he went to the reformatory in the past for bullying and was in therapy).

When Wednesday fighting with Xavier, she is nearly tearing, but she can’t express it, because she’s not sure if he is Hyde or not. She also thrilled when she saw his drawing with her cello. When Tyler angry because she not asking him for the dance, she didn’t mind his feeling. She didn’t show any interest in Tyler or Xavier, she doubted both of them. I feel like she didn’t want to kiss Tyler, it’s just a try to test if she will have a vision when she kiss him. And she tell Xavier in the cell like she knows that Tyler was the Hyde. She didn’t care of that kiss, so somehow I feel like Wednesday is having a trust on Xavier but she doesn’t want to make it too obvious. She is playing around with him simping her😂. She is even know that he has interest on her😂, she KNOWS.

I could see that Wednesday act of despising him is because deep down she know and felt her heart fall for Xavier but she’s not used with that kind of feeling, she got confused and chose an easy option ‘Tyler’ it’s not helping that all monster evidence also lead to Xavier , when Xavier got arrested and came to Tyler she said “I had to reevaluate things” proof that she considered her self did trust Xavier and hoped she isn’t right about the evidence her self, and when she came to Xavier in the jail after knowing the truth she doesn’t telling the truth that she’s the one who kissed Tyler instead said he kissed her because she cares about Tyler now and don’t want to make more mistakes or make him hate her even more, and when he shout at her she looks hurt as she realizes how she did messed things up.

this is the only ship thats gonaa work cuz Tyler never really liked Wednesday. He was just manipulating and keeping her alive as long as Thornhill needed her blood to open the grave. The moment her purpose was served he dived in to kill her in the end but thankfully Enid came in. Also in the police station the way he mocked her when she found out he was a hyde! That was the biggest give away, he showed no remorse. He may have been pushed into becoming a hyde but he never really liked Wednesday either. It was all part of the plan. Emo artsy boy ftw>

My first inkling against Tyler was that while Xavier and Enid were rightfully turning against Wednesday when she was overly cold with them, Tyler didn’t care in the slightest even after she put his life in danger after tricking him. Even if Tyler hadn’t been ya know, a murderous monster and stuff, that alone pushed me towards Xavier because he has the self-respect and decency to stand up for himself while still caring about Wednesday. I’d love a slow burn with them but part of me worries the actors will resist since Xavier’s actor said he would only like Wednesday with Enid but eh, doesn’t necessarily mean they’d be opposed.

In my honest opinion that no one asked for I like Tyler as a character, he's kind no matter what and even after going to freaking jail after being accused of the person you like you would still go after her and save her, the only scenes I didn't like was just some bad choices like him asking his ex to erase his feelings for someone he can't get over but overall that was just because he was hurting still a no go bro but y'know it happens I would do the same but not ask my ex( if I had one lol) But Wednesday and him together was just toxic for me Wednesday is the type of person that shows little to no emotions and having that in a relationship just leads to nowhere, she at some points would topple over other people's feelings as long as she gets her goal, a great example was when Enid got mad she didn't value Enid's feelings about what happened all she thought of was that she was close to solving the mystery and that it may have been dangerous but they still got out unscathed and that was end of discussion for her. I think their relationship is almost the same as Xavier and Bianca they don't know if their feelings are true. I know people will say Ohhh, but Wednesday cares for Xavier she took an arrow for him and stuff like that yes, but in a relationship it really does take time maybe it could work out there are a many chances for relationships to grow but them being together is so chaotic to me. I like Wednesday as a character but I feel like she deserves friends instead of a lover, Xavier is a good character all I can say is just that he also has problems expressing his feelings

Sorry, but I don’t get why some ppl say that they hope that Xavier and Wednesday JUST become friends. That would be incredibly heartbreaking for Xavier. Them just being friends will be awkward for Wednesday, knowing Xavier likes her and vice versa (except Wednesday is not really romantically interested in him). (This next bit is by no means supposed to somehow be offensive to the LGBTQIA+ community) I also don’t get Wenclair. I’m all for a representation of the community in a tv show which is gaining incredible attention globally, but unless he is the stalker or something else next season, Ajax was solely brought into this as a love interest for Enid. He would basically be irrelevant if they got together. And Tyler’s getting a redemption arc???NO WAY, who the fuck would take back a psychotic serial killer monster, especially someone who has always been portrayed to be above romance. I think either Wednesday will just be independent or her really only option is Xavier. Before you Tyler lovers come at me, THIS IS JUST AN OPINION AND THEORY.

It doesn't make sense for him to be obsessed. What he feels for her came a long time ago, it came out of gratitude, she saved his life. And if he was obsessed he would have taken her talking nonsense to him in his studio, he told her to leave, he also didn't try to grab her or anything. He also didn't accept her at first after knowing that she and Tyler didn't have anything anymore, because he was imprisoned because of her, he was furious with her individualism, he confronts her instead of agreeing with everything she does. But it's obvious that like every person in love, he feels jealous, gets nervous when she gets into trouble, tries to protect her. Obsession does what Garret felt: wanting to kill for not having the person (see as property. At that party he had in town he asked who was the lucky one who would go out with her, without seeming to mean any harm) He just hated her leaving just with the kid who bullied him, and who was trouble. Obsession also makes a person push away friends, family and many other things.

And he also resembles Gomez who revolves around Morticia as if she were a planet. The difference is that Morticia is sweet and Wednesday is sadistic. Gomez is like a puppy dog around Morticia, in the first Addams Family movie he says "I would die for her, I would kill for her... And it would be a great pleasure." Literally Xavier was going to shoot the arrow to kill Crackstone. Which is curious since Gomez also has a passage in the police on account of Morticia, just like Xavier it seems until the author made a parallel. At that moment in prison he was obviously stressed, especially when she talked about the kiss, he was irritated at a normal level until he heard that, because she had to kiss the boy to believe him. Until there is more proof he is innocent, we must have proof before assuming something bad about him, we have to be rational. Since the first episode, there was evidence against Tyler, he just didn't see who was trapped only in his based romance. The guy wanted to help her without knowing her (Xavier at least has known Wednesday for years) He even wanted to take her to the place, several times, and his father already told him not to get into trouble (obviously because he went to the reformatory in the past for bullying and was in therapy).

She saved him from Crackstone and he tried to save her from Crackstone (which reminds me of Morticia and Gomez) On the other hand Tyler reminds me of Garrett who mixed things up. When he says: You seemed to me to give me some signs, and that we liked each other. Typical manipulator, since she didn't seem to have feelings for him until the day of the prom, which was their next scene after he said that. She was practically using Tyler to drive her places so far, she didn't give a damn.
