Can you add characterization(staining) to the denture teeth, and if yes, what type of staining can be used.
Materials is going to revolutionize resin printers. Great work Formlabs!!!
Good day, I would like to ask. Do you have some video with step by step making dantures like that? Or may be you have some courses for dental technicians. Thanks.
what is the difference between open and closed tooth libraries? do I need more than just the libraries that come with Exocad?
Hello, what kind of Resin can I use for Teeth and for Base?
How about the hardness of the material? Is it acrylic? Or thermoplastic?
ive been stuck without teeth for 2+ years this technology is amazing, get me hooked up lol
I tried the denture base resin. Unfortunately the Denture Base Resin color is not good enough. Translucency is too high and pink value is off.
i knew this would be the future!
Witch SW is that?
What should be the accuracy in mm for the 3 D printing machine used for this denture?
Want to know as how to transfer the impression taken by scanner to 3d printer .any software with 3d scanner for denture
Whats up with the Fuse1?
Been taking online courses with A&M Additive Manufacturing Outreach program.
Out of metals, polymers, methods and the technologies currently being used.
Dental & partial face bone reconstruction is what really interests me.
pretty amazing great printer
Well, what the advantage this method?
How much time it take...
Im a dental technician i been tryin to get into the digital denture any site or information u can share
Trying to start my own business
How can I get that
I need this plz help how I need
Excellent
How do you compensate for material shrinkage when you UV cure the models?
@Sam Wainwright Thanks for the information.
I was wondering if they have hands on training? 😊
What is the curing process for curing the teeth on their own without the denture base? Is it just 30 minutes in the glycerine at that point?
It would be the same as together.
What is the cost?
Gracias por subtitular en español, sería posible tutoriales en español?
Gracias!
Saludos desde México
Which is this machine
What about the strength ? Can the material take the load of chewing ?
It's resin that is cured under UV LIGHTS I'm sure it's tough enough to crunch
What’s the material call
My question is: I. wait since nearly three years to get those resins in Switzerland 🇨🇭!?
Now I have two form2 , and since one week the form3 B .....
Best regards,Tom Riedel
nice question mah dewd
I am curious about the cost, It looks like it would be fairly inexpensive to do.
Look for denturist in your area they charge a lot less if you can find one in a retirement community near you that'll probably be the best deal going.
The denture is definitive ?
I need it
is any way you can help to design my own teeth because i have really bad teeth and smile so im looking for something like affordable and less pain . how i can contact you or send you the image for my mouth and teeth actually im not at USA at moment but i have some friends that will help me to pay and post for me . i need more information how i can send you the image and scanning. Thank you.
I just to let you know that your e-mail does not work, want to contact you, I already bought a Form2 printer, thanks!
@Sam Wainwright OK! I have re-sent the e-mail
Can these dentures actually be used? Is the material bio compatible?
Yep!
Now i want to rip out my own teeth and print some new ones! that's amazing to watch.
im actually surprise they dont use a UV curing box
As already asked - warping and biocompatability? And yes, I use form 2 and 3 shape every working day.
Español por favor!!!
lastima mexico lindo y jodido que tendria que pagar con mi vida para tener alguna de estas!!
Do you think 3D printing will replace the dental technician? I mean, like, this job won't exist because of 3D printing?
It will you see it still needs work after being printed it's def not just clip the supports and it together! If it's not made well it can fuck with people jaw ect
Way to slow for the practice I’m at😥
probaly will not make dental work more affordable for the patients.. the dentists and manufacurers just make more lol..
Can I have shark teeth?
Too bad you couldn’t get the gums to be rubbery instead of hard plastic, it’s weird with today’s technology that someone can’t come up with better dentures than what’s been around for 50+ years, the only new thing is 3D printers, the first company that can make the gums a rubber and the teeth resin will be the leader in this art for sure
could you guys do my dentures and donate them to me . i cant afford to get a set and not having dentures is keeping me from getting a job because of how i look without dentures . Please
I have seen ads of dentures going for as cheap as 100.00 U.S.
Easier ? How about the people with 30 years experience that lose their job ?
