Stefan Sagmeister on Beauty and Sustainability

Born and raised in Bregenz, Austria, graphic designer Stefan Sagmeister is best known for his album art for The Rolling Stones, Brian Eno, and David Byrne, among others. But in late 2018, he and designer Jessica Walsh created a book exploring the philosophical, scientific, and historical roots of beauty.
Sagmeister believes that beauty is a functional and underrated tool for sustainability. This Articulate Web Exclusive reveals how beauty is embodied in something that Sagmeister carries with him every day.
